And it’s getting really hard to eat out because of folks complaining about prices which forces a lot of cafes and restaurants to use lower grade ingredients to meet people’s prices expectations.
Andrew Busuioc: Awesome vegan bakery! Recommend to anyone! I have to remove a star sadly because over the past two years the prices have exploded. The feuilletés especially if they were 4$ or 4.50$ we would buy all the time but we never buy them anymore as they are closer to 7$ each! Keep in mind they are smaller than their croissants which are 3.75$ aprox. If some prices would come down I feel like they would sell more for sure! Otherwise the taste of their product is a big 10/10 and the service is always awesome!Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan!

Omar Bayat: This cafe was amazing. It’s a beautiful, well lit space with a nice selection of pastries. The coffee drinks are good but the you must visit for the baked goods. We had a croissant and a passion fruit raspberry tart. Both were absolutely delicious.

Anjali: The staff is always so sweet and accommodating! I have celiac so this place is perfect for me! The pastries, cookies, etc average around 5 CAD each but obviously it is dependent on whatever you get! Love them though like seriously having gluten free pastries that genuinely yummy makes my heart so happy, I always make my way here for my sweet fix !I really like the carrot cake, carré aux bleuets, and the carré that had chocolate + coconut!!

Quynh Nguyen: Best tiramisu I’ve had in my life 😭 Perfect balance of all the flavors and textures - sweet, creamy, melt in your mouth. Both the classic and hojicha tiramisu are insanely good. Their cakes are beautifully presented and always have the most complex combination of flavors. Very pricey though but worth having every once in a while as a treat.

Suddenly, I was the 5-year-old little girl inside my godmother's kitchen who used to bake amazing cakes, eagerly waiting to snack on a small piece, thinking no one would notice my little fingerprints in the frosting. Everything tasted authentic and absolutely amazing. Not too sweet, not too sour, with no single ingredient overpowering the others. It was just right. I highly recommend anyone with a sweet tooth to indulge themselves and try their pastries.I have tasted all the miniature versions of their cakes, and there is not a word good enough to describe the intensity of delight I encountered while eating them. It's been a while since I walked into a pastry shop that smelled so good, so sweet. Love how it incorporates French, Japanese favors in some pastries. Service is okay, but with food this good, it tends to be overlooked. No real location to sit, so it's takeout only.

jean ioannidis: Tested and approved by a baker who came from Belgium for vacation - baguette not bad, chocolatines and croissants very good - butt with potatoes and cheddar meh meh meh you have to like it but in my opinion hot is better - on the other hand big negative point is the indication of the bakery - we passed in front of the workshop which is well indicated however the bakery was not seen!! The front looks like anything but a bakery... the prices are not cheap compared to back home...
Jeremiah Hayes: Best chocolate brownies in Montreal! These brownies are amazing, super moist and chocolatey, with the perfect amount of salt. Boulangerie Guillaume is also a magnificent place for bread and the like. Unfortunately the service can be hit or miss, where sometimes you get greeted by a trendy stuck-up kid who has a hard time smiling, but that comes with the territory on the Plateau.

They would have taken 5x more of my money by now if they kept hours that aligned with when I, and I'm sure the majority of their customer pool, can go. Why not 11:00- 7:00? 10:30-6:30? Would probably even be easier for them to find staff, because few young people want to wake up at 6AM to make a 7:30 shift

Stopped in here with two grumpy kids looking for something remotely healthy, and was thrilled to be able to get them a grilled cheese sandwich and a delicious smoothie- picky kid approved! Best Quests: We were attracted by the exterior decor and once inside we realized it gets better. So many things we would love the purchase including prayer style candles with pop stars or celebrities on them which we loved.Apart from the beautiful and elaborate interior we enjoyed some magnificent, homemade tasting macarons in various delicious flavours and French toast latte, yes read that again, it's as good as it sounds. We also couldn't help but get the cookie adorned with lucky charms which was too if to finish but still wonderful.

HM: Visited this dessert spot when we were visiting MTL. The atmosphere is nice, and the decor looks sophisticated. It was definitely loud and packed inside. Felt a bit like a tourist trap, though, since it felt like the menu items were a little overpriced. Tasted good. The crepe was soft but expected a few more strawberries . Aesthetically, the food looks very pleasing. But overall, would I visit again? Perhaps not. It is one of those try it once if you can sort of spot.
