Chiara Maria: We like our apartment very much at 2255 Rue St. Mathieu. It is modern and has a nice style. Paola, the leasing agent, attended to us, is professional, and we are very pleased with her service in renting to us. The building also has a gym and is in the center of it all!

Mark: I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff and management. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine…..Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

louise Bonjour: places emphasis on customer service and ensures that the quality of the building is maintained. Finally, regional management is present at all BB-Qs and holiday gatherings. A living environment to recommend.
Scott Martin: Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

Aidan Green: Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown, Chinatown, and Old Montreal. My apartment is spacious, well equipped, and gets great sunlight during the day. It can be a bit loud from street below sometimes, but I am rarely disturbed by it, nothing some earplugs cannot fix if need be.The staff has been great and helpful, especially Dina, Pedro, and the members of the maintenance team. It was a relief to find this place when I was looking to move from my old residence.
AB BAR: The location of the building is perfect for getting around the city center or old Montreal on foot.The staff who work are always available whether at reception or maintenance. The service is impeccable. Dina Tazi is very professional and always available to respond to our requests.

Luckily I found Antoine and he patiently and diligently helping me to secure one of the units in Le Mille Neuf to literally save my stay in Montreal from being a disaster. Michael Sensenstein: My mom just moved here, so far so good but the main complaint from people is that there are only 2 elevators serving a 12 story building. and when 1 elevator is broken which apparently happens frequently, its quite frustrating.

I enjoyed accompanying my mother to sever concerts where they offer coffee and DELICIOUS cookies... In terms of food, it is typical institutional food.. a bit uneven in quality and taste .. and most residents i spoke with sort of give me 'that look' if i ask them if they enjoy the food. Lina Lumia: Bring Simba my 6 month shih tzu once a week so he can socialize with other furry friends. He gets excited and walks right in with one of the angels when I drop him off. Simba has high energy and comes home exhausted and SO HAPPY! They send you follow-ups and photo updates of his day. Gabby has a unique personality. It really about training the owner rather than the dogs. I have two Super adorable Boston Terriers. Gabby helped me see that their undesirable behaviour such as barking and jumping up was basically due to me letting things slide. His training gives good structure. Our dogs are our responsibility.
I have to dobermans and Gaby's dog training courses were a godsend. He does an excellent job boarding 2 of them when I am out of town. I would recommend Gaby to anybody. Keep up the good work.
It's 100$/h for private lessons but it's worth it (big time). We had a problem dog and Mr. Popper made a huge difference for us a couple years ago. I think writing a 5-star review on Google should be the best way to say thank you today. I hope you are doing well Mr. Popper!
Aby Popper is also very responsive to calls and texts if a new concern ever comes up. We would highly recommend Gaby Popper and his Montreal Dog Training School. He is worth every penny! AS Gaby said, dont forget to do your homework so your dog can actually get use to the routine and improve its behaviour every day.
Within the first two sessions (with working with Sammy in between) we already had a remarkable improvement. He does not jump up on people anymore and waits by the door when someone comes to visit and is following commands really well. Overall, he is a really well behaved and happy dog! The in-home training was extremely convenient, and was better for us to know how to act in our regular environment.
Our dog developed a serious behaviour problem a few months after we adopted him. He starting guarding certain items such as food bowls, and he was getting aggressive when playing or even to cut his nails. We started to think we were in over our heads. The goal was to find a professional trainer who could not only fix the problem but to manage and prevent serious problems in the future.
Gaby Popper has been working with our mutt, Blue (Shepherd & Weimaraner mix), since the day after we adopted her at eight weeks. Immediately, Gaby established a strong bond with Blue, with a firm, gentle hand and a loving manner -- a bond that is just as strong four years later.

Our dog now at 18 months will no go off sidewalk until I give him a signal. He walks right beside me off or on lease. Waits for me when to go though front door before him. He never barks when doorbell rings or people come to door. I believe if you listen to Gaby's experience you will have a great dog. He also trained my cousins puppy and they loved Gaby too.

Katherine Rivera: Our short 1 night stay was pleasant. The airport shuttle was timely, check-in/out was seamless, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good in comparison to the typical hotel breakfast.My only complaint was how thin the walls were. We could hear a cat meowing in a neighboring room and we were woken at 4am to people departing.Our room was spacious and well equipped with a small kitchenette, sofa, desk, and plenty of outlets.

Also we were asked to leave the breakfast area at 9:15am even though we were still quietly sipping coffee. Shuttle service is great, drivers are very good. Rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable.Rooms: Small, no water bottles, very clean.Food & drinks: Breakfast area was very nice, Breakfast hours not reasonable and asking people to leave the area at 9:15 is not acceptable.Noteworthy details: Beautiful hotel, but lacking a good breakfast service/food. DJ Killa-Jewel: . As safety is our top priority because one of our pups is not good with other dogs, this was the perfect setup. All dogs are kept separate from one another at all times, and playtime is one on one throughout the day. We were impressed with how much time Nicole took with us to show us around and let our dogs discover the Manoir off-leash. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility considering many different kinds of animals they board at any given time. We love how detail-oriented and thorough Nicole is and how tight of a ship she runs. Our dogs came back bathed, tired, and just as happy as when we left them. Our next trip is already penciled in :

BUT then Manoir Kanisha stepped in and made it all happen.First, Tim Harris is the pet relocation EXPERT and in our opinion, He is the Godfather of shipping all sorts of animals and he sure knows his stuff. I mean if theres a manual for this he knows every page front to back. He also has contacts/agents within almost every airline all over the world.Upon Lucy arriving back in 2015 to MK she was well looked after as they sent us pictures daily and we could see she was like part of the MK family. Lounging around in the front reception area with the staff, playing in the snow, she fit right in. Before her flight Tim & team made sure she was taken to the vets for all of the required procedures on time and as per Angolan requirements and entry. Lucy was also groomed before departure so when she arrived in Angola she was all fresh and clean for her new adventure. Lucy Nucciarone: We recently went on a 10-day vacation and had never boarded our dog for that long. He tends to be anxious and had diminished mobility due to a lump growing on his chest. I was worried that he wouldn’t get the same care and attention as we give him at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the team at Kanisha not only took great care of him, Nicole recommended where I could go to get his growth treated. I followed her advice and he is now on the mend after having had surgery. To the Kanisha team they are not just dogs that are dropped off -they really care about the physical and emotional well being of our pets. The facility itself is great and I highly recommend Kanisha!

M Kay: so we were able to stock up on breakfast food, beverages and snacks which is very convenient. Also about two blocks away is the Atwater station of the metro which is a quick way to get to downtown, old town, and other site seeing spots. It's also easy tot take the 747 bus from the airport to Lionel-Grouix metro station which is only one stop from Atwater.I'd definitely recommend Hotel 2170 and we will stay there again.

It has a large shower.Safety: Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Normal city homeless stay closer to st catherine and are harmless.Walkability: Metro nearby. Grocery store iga and Adonis nearby. AMC vip cinema. Many restaurants.

There's only 2 elevators servicing many floors so you should expect a wait. Complimentary buffet breakfast is good, plenty of options.Location is great - a couple of blocks from Atwater Metro station, so it's easy to get around using public transportation. Grocery store is only a few blocks away, plenty of restaurants in the area along Ste Catherine.Overall, good value and I'll be back next year!

Kristin Denault: Really impressed with this property located in Griffintown. The staff are very responsive and helpful. Giovanni got in touch with me the same day I sent an inquiry, and Xiaomu was very welcoming at my visit. Dina showed 2 units and was very helpful and accommodating. Great experience, highly recommend.
Sabrina Cournoyer: I love Arbora. The project is truly unique with the exposed wooden beams in the apartments. It's like having a chalet, but in the middle of the city! The building is very well managed. The maintenance service by the 310 Maxx is extremely efficient. Pat and Constantin do an excellent job when there are things to repair or adjust in our units. 10/10

Heather Mantel: I've lived in Arbora twice now, for nearly three years total, and I've loved it both times. The neighborhood is great, now that the nearby construction has completed, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. The staff have always been super helpful and accommodating, and the building amenities are excellent. I love the pet store downstairs, the park down the street, the bakery, and the access to the Lachine canal and the bike paths across town. If I ever move back to Montreal, Arbora will be the first place I look for an apartment!
Paul Charlton: Just had a visit to see a few units. Xiaomu was friendly and informative, and provided answers to all our questions, it was an easy decision to fill out an application!Update: Maintenance staff is super helpful and friendly. Constantine fixed our appliance issues within a few hours!

Ginette Lucas: Recent building in Griffintown and above all a building that accepts animals. I was the tenant of a 3 1/2 at Arbora3 with southern exposure, which makes the condo very lit with natural light. Included 5 modern household appliances. Beautiful landscaping. Ground floor or exterior courtyard used for certain events. This allows us to meet our neighbors. Ideal location for all services, close to Lucien Lallier Station, Notre Dame Street West and Peel Street where we find stores, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.Excellent professional service from administration as well as maintenance and housekeeping employees.Thank you very much Maria, Xiaomu, Giovanni and Dina

Minsik Kim: This is a great place to live overall.Nearby grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant..etc.I gave 4 stars because of lack of parking space for moving.. had hard time finding an open spot to park uhaul as Montagne is a busy street and I even got a parking ticket on uhaul, and management said "not their problem"....
