Acosta: Arlo is a rather particular dog, Doberman are rather unique to say the least, highly smart, protective and that require a lot of discipline, if their needs are met they're fantastic.Having said that, Arlo is pretty particular on his vets, sometimes he just goes because we bring him, he doesn't fight us though he doesn't enjoy it, though there are those rare occasions when he literally drags us into the vet's consult.And that's the case of Dr. Foote, he instantly clicked, we attribute it to the fact that he's a humane truly concerned professional that cares about his furry patients, his process are reasonable and his treatment is jovial and simple, nothing complicated which we greatly appreciated.We brought Arlo for treatment of a UTI and it took Dr. Foote a few minutes to correctly diagnose him, one week elapsed and our furry boy is back to his old self.Thanks Dr. Foote!

Evelyn Lee: The doctor and the staff were very friendly, caring, and kind. The doctor explained everything I needed to know, and she recommended a few things for Bonnie, but it wasn’t pushy at all. Well, I don’t know much about the average cost of vet treatments in Canada, but the price seemed very reasonable too. It was very lucky for both of us that we had our first vet experience at this clinic :

She’s so patient, attentive and takes the time to walk you through any concerns on questions. That said I’ve seen many vets and techs here. They are all amazing !

Rudra: Caring staff and an excellent veterinarian for your pet. A lifelong care was provided by this place for our family dog and a cat until the end, and I had no hesitation to take my kitten here for yearly checkups and medical issues. The veterinarian provided useful advice based on the activity level and eating habit of the indoor cat with occasional outing. I also got honest advice regarding vaccination, where some of them were deemed un-necessary given that she is mainly an indoor cat.

Vicki Vatrano: , Booba who underwent Stenon canal surgery following her KCS disease. With indices a 0 in both eyes, dr. Olivier and his team tried everything: the first intervention was cyclosporine implants. Unfortunately Booba was in the 15% of dogs who did not respond to this treatment. So we later tried to do the 2nd intervention: Stenon canal surgery. I can tell you that it was the best decision of my life AND for my dog AND for me! Booba's eyes don't hurt anymore, he keeps his eyes wide open! He is very happy! Thank you to the entire team at Ophthalmoveterinaire montreal as well as to dr. For the first time, I met veterinarians, Dr. Olivier and Dr. De Maria, as well as their team made up of Louise, Maya, Bianca, Nathalia and another member whose name escapes me, who stand out by their courtesy, their humanity and their unconditional love for animals.They took the time to explain my dog's diagnosis to me in detail, demystifying every aspect of the medical procedure and the risks associated with the surgery.On the day of the operation, Dr. Olivier not only introduced me to each member of his team involved in the procedure, but also took me on a tour of the operating room, showed the equipment and explained exactly where my little shrimp will rest, which reassured me in the idea that the operation would take place in good hands.In addition, despite my little female's usual separation anxiety, she felt so comfortable with this team that as soon as she arrived at the clinic, she rushed into everyone's arms.I sincerely thank you for this unforgettable experience.

My dog can be VERY difficult, and they were able to get everything done with no muzzle and he had a very positive experience. Joy Schlaer: Before our visit to Ophalmo, we were devastated when, in the space of a week, our beloved GSD, Lexi, went blind. Our vet had prescribed eye drops to treat a bad eye infection, but the root cause turned out to be scratches on the cornea of both eyes, which had become infected, clouding her eyes and obscuring her vision. Thankfully, the team at Ophtalmo were able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a course of treatment which should lead to recovery.Subsequent follow-ups led to a diagnosis of Pansus, a genetic eye condition common to German Shepherds, requiring on-going treatment. We have been very pleased with the treatment we've received and feel that are in extremely competent hands. Thank-you, Team Ophtalmo!

He was able to finally clarify for my niece and I what was wrong with her little kitten who has been suffering for over a month with an eye ulcer..My niece left there finally with a clear mind as to what this is and how it will be treated moving forward . Lily Steele: What a caring vet is Christina Nosotti. I went on Saturday April 6th.2024 as a drop off with my 15 years old cat who is diabetic to see if he had a bladder infection Dr Nosotti was not available so I saw a vet that never saw before and will not again my cat came home stressed out his two back legs bandaged so he must have taken for the blood test on his legs and when he told me the results it was like everything was wrong with the cat so I became stressed out before I left the clinic I requested that Dr Nosotti call me and she did what a caring vet she has been my cat's vet for over 10 years and he's just okay with her. After she explained everything to me all is OK just increased his insulin of one unit per day. Dr Nosotti is the best 👌

Each visit was a good experience, with good explanations given regarding symptoms, potential severity, etc. We feel fortunate to be able to rely on an informed and caring staff who take the time to address any concerns or issues. My dog underwent a dental surgery this week and Dr. Pierre Olivier Laberge did a fantastic job and delivered with care. They don't push vaccines unto you, they actually listen and offer invaluable knowledge without abusing whatever you might not know about your pet and the care he/she needs. From first contact at reception to the groomer who trimmed my puppy's nails and wonderful veterinarian Dr. Léa Beaudin in between, it was an amazing visit. Highly recommend.
Lulu: My first experience with ACW was to hand over my 14 yo Chow x to them as a new vet for surgery.We were referred by our regular vet. The team at ACW were so so reassuring before, during and after his procedure - met with us pre-op and addressed all questions. They did an amazing job on my boi. He is recovering beautifully and the post-op support has been equally amazing. I would recommend Dr Zapata and the great team at this hospital whole-heartedly.

I have a 21 year old toy poodle that my previous vet had prescribed incorrect medication for based on his age. Dr. Giroud and the other gentleman doctor there figured out what was wrong. Hew was dying, but it is over a year now since they save his life.
