Beijing Restaurant: what do users think?

George Rampersaud: Great service and amazing food!Portions are big as well, 1 spring roll is the size of 2 normal ones. You definitely get your moneys worth itParking: Park on Rene Levesque and do the one minute walk instead of paying $20 to park in a lot.

Cédric Matte: Very good

Sergey Vinogradov: The food is great! And nice live music just outside! It’s my second visit, both are great! I recommend the Peking Duck 😋Regarding parking: I recommend park 5-10 away, and have a nice walk to the restaurant & have a walk after the meal 😉Parking: Very difficult to find parking.

Ginia Leon: and pick lots of plates to share with a big bowl of white rice. It's popular. The line up never ends and we quickly know why. The food is awesome. The place is small and doesn't aesthetically look awesome but who cares. We're here for the food!!!

VIP House: what do users think?

Geneviève Fortin: that would render a true chinese experience, as much as possible. The place was literally empty when we decided to try it out but it filled up pretty quickly following arrival. We had fried calamary

M-E Legendre: I hadn't been there for about a year because it wasn't like it used to be, but what a treat we had when we tasted the food. Seems to have new staff, finally! All tasty. Our favorites for over 25 years:Wong Tong Soup with NoodleGeneral taoCoarse salt shrimpCantonese chow meinSesame beef

Sharon L: .We ordered through Uber eats, so the price per item was pretty high, but comparable to other restaurants. Most of the food was good. Here are how I rate the items from best to worst.Chicken chow mein: Very Delicious. I was surprised at how crispy and crunchy the noodles on top still were by the time we got to eat. The chicken and vegetables were also in a delicious sauce. It was a pretty good portion and there was nothing about this we didn't like. I'd definitely order it again.Mongolian beef/beef sauté: Really good! If you are expecting anything like P.f. Chang's Mongolian beef, don't be surprised that it's nothing like that. It has other vegetables like red pepper, onion and snow peas. It is very spicy

Fannie: The wonton soup is amazing. Don’t hesitate to order the large format 🙌🏼Food: 5/5 …

Alexis He: Best chinese food I've ever had and I grew up in SF. In particular the wonton soup and the spring rolls are the best I've ever had. They hand make their own stock and wontons. The roast duck is also made in house which is such a rarity! Really a last standing homage to the dying art of traditional southern chinese cuisine from family recipes. Truly a gem!

Terry Steben: Ordered on DoorDash. Young Chow Fried Rice and Beef with Black Bean Sauce. Both were excellent.Food: 5/5 …

Cuisine AuntDai: what do users think?

Tina He: . Highly recommended, great for sharing dishes and family friendly environment.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section in menu with diverse options like sweet and spicy eggplants, stir fried green beans, fried tofu, etc.

Gavin Barill: Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian/vegan options. I reccomend the sweet and spicy eggplant, dry-fried green beans, and the sweet and sour fried tofu.Dietary restrictions: Most of the vegetarian dishes are vegan. I reccomend the sweet and spicy eggplant, dry-fried green beans, and the sweet and sour fried tofu.

Barbara C.: I've eaten at Aunt Dai at least 25 times in the past 6 years or so. There are dishes I keep coming back to, like the excellent cumin beef, the spicy shrimps, the kung pao chicken and mapo tofu.In the past, everything was consistently delicious. But in the past two years or so, it has changed a bit. The grilled calamari, which used to be one of their best dishes, is now a total disappointment and has nothing to do with what it used to be. The last time we went, the mapo tofu was bland and uninteresting, while it was exceptional the time before that. My son chose the Singapour noodles, because he's used to eating them at home and he likes to eat what he knows. Frankly, they were barely edible; they were oversalted and bland and the noodles were way overcooked. We know that it's not an authentic Chinese dish and a little more on the bland side, but there still is the possibility to cook a nice version of it.So all in all, I used to be very confident in the dishes I ordered at Aunt Dai, but now, when I go, I'm always a bit worried that the dishes I order won't be as good as usual. Some effort should be put in making sure the different cooks deliver the same flavors.

Steve Shanahan: The food is super tasty and basic. The menu of Chinese food standards hasn't changed in yearsPerfect for the student budget or for a family wishing to pay Fast Food prices for a sit down, home cooked plate of classics. Gluten free options are very limited, but if you tell them they can serve you a good meal.

Khamphon INTHAVONG: Finally I ate there! I had the chef’s special with rice and crispy pork for $12! Great value for money!I also advise you to take away the crispy pork which is really good. The setting is also excellent, a great experience where colleagues also appreciated, I will definitely return.

Szechuan par Mr Ma: what do users think?

Alex et ses poissons: Very classy atmosphere, but welcoming. The service was very courteous. High quality ingredients in well presented dishes that tasted wonderful. Highly recommend if you pass by the old Montreal area. There are few restaurants left that serve such quality of service and food with owners that are present and want you to feel at home and special like this one. Definitely a must go and will come back soon.

Michelle Hui: Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Restaurant Szechuan Cuisine Chinoise Par Mr Ma. Our family has been going for over 25+ years. Gia Ba: what do users think?

TB: Gia Ba has amazing "non westernized" dishes. If you've never had chicken with chili and mushrooms, go run and try it. It's not a stir fry dish, it's a braised type of dish of chicken thighs in a spicy oily sauce with shitake mushrooms. It's one of the best dishes I've ever had and is pretty much all I order. If you look at the majority of poor reviews, they are coming from diners who had basic dishes like General Tao. I agree their version of General Tao isn't very good and I wish they didn't even have it on their menu. It doesn't go with the rest of their menu but I guess they're trying to please everyone. The Dan Dan Noodles are also very good. Stay away from the generic westernized dishes and you won't be disappointed.

Eiad Yacoub: Excellent food. The chicken was one of the best ive ever had. The flavours in all the dishes was top notch. The dumplings in the wonton soup may have had too much wrapping.I must visit again and try multiple dishes and see the consistency of the wiality but I suspect it'll deserve a spot in my top chinese restaurants.

Beepasha M: I had such a fantastic first experience here. I was running late to pick up the order that I placed near closing time. I was worried that they'd close up before I got there, so I called them to let them know, and their response was, "Don't worry, just be safe, we'll wait til you get here." I mean, how kind and thoughtful was that? Truly, made my night.

Grace Millman: We've never dined in, enjoying their tasty food at home. The owners are lovely, friendly people.Food: 5/5Recommended dishes …

jack beerse: Delicious dinner with 3 people, we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. The waitress also helped us perfectly with making the menu choice.Recommended.

Nickie Wright: Wow what a place! I came here for the first time with 8 other people. Staff were so patient and helpful while we were deciding what to order. Everything we had was delicious. Prices were great for the amount of food you get.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian spring rolls & vegetarian dumpling were both delicious.

Montreal Chinese Crepes & Dumplings: what do users think?

Annie Levert: Well, this place is so great! We stopped on our way home and we so happy to discover it! First of all, they are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great dumpling choices and just not the same old flavors. We had spicy beef, yummy and flavorful, and chicken walnut which surprisingly just go so well together. And the crepe/sandwich were such a perfect mix of flavor, crunchiness, gooeness and spicyness that they left us speechless. Perfectly executed. A+

Neal Irvine: This dumpling restaurant goes beyond just serving delicious food; they embody warmth and care. They not only provide exceptional dumplings but also add an extra touch of love.Every dumpling is bursting with fresh ingredients, generously stuffed, and consistently delicious. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that leaves you feeling nurtured and appreciated.Highly recommended for both the food and the heartfelt service. Many thanks!

Chloée: We were looking for some dumplings around our place. We tried that place and we've been going there every week since then. The staff has always been super kind, professional and friendly. The dumplings are : amazing. We just can't get over it. Maybe one day we'll try something else but we'd have to get sick of those first. Our dog princess loves to go there, she's always happy with the warm welcome. We just love this place.

Jiamei Wang: i used to come here so often when i was in highschool! i even learnt how to make crepes myself by watching the shopowner - she was always so sweet to me. even though i don't come by anymore, this place will always be special to me!
