Samad Bakhtiari: , the reception guy was so sympathetic and helping bilingual, after the register your needs, you should wait in lobby and the nurse or related person will find you by your name then carefully listen , waiting lobby was well organized and was equipped with special place for people with symptoms and signs of disease but the customers didn't care and follow, the nurse which give us the vaccination service was so professional and kind and we received the service below than expected time they indicated , great clsc center and services

Viau Christian: I went there for a blood test, a little confusion regarding the triage at the beginning, we take a number, but when the number comes on the screen we don't know where to go and the people behind the windows have to shout, "here here", it would be simpler to add on the home screen which counter we should go to. But other than that it was good, fast and courteous service.
Crystalbeauty Jasmine: Walked in for urgent care and I was met by a very good front desk clerk and the nurse was sincerely awesome discharging her duties.
Afzal Sheikh: Along with other health care services this center offers Québec health insurance cards renewal. You have to have your photo taken some where else because they don't provide any services to take photos. However, there is a pharmaprix, nearby inside the Cavendish shopping center, they offer the services to take photos both for medical card and for passport also.This center is very neat and clean. At the entrance there are handwash gel and mask available some one can use.There's free parking available.

Cam Poirier: I had a great experience at the GRS clinic. Both pre-op and post-op with the nursing staff. Dr. Laungani performed my mastectomy and although I haven't seen the result yet, I felt safe with him. Thank you for everything.
Jenni Koel: I had an excellent experience here.Because I was coming from British Columbia. I got a limo driver pick me up from the airport. I got a couple complimentary nights at the holiday inn and a $50 food voucher.I got food delivered to my room. I got all my medications delivered to me.All the nurses were super nice and helpful.

Ju P.: I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the day of my surgery went. I was in and out by 11:30 AM as Dr. Laungani's first patient of the day. The staff were attentive and caring, I was in good hands the entire time. I was prescribed with meds that have helped manage my pain and bowel movement. So far, my healing journey has been great. If you're hesitating on applying for gender affirmation surgery, I highly recommend GrS Montreal.
Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

Dylan Harries: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maud Bélanger as my surgeon for top surgery. The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

Wesley: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chen Lee at my surgeon. The staff there were very nice and helpful. I was super nervous as soon as I laid down on the hospital bed. He did an amazing job, with minimal scaring.

The kindness of all of the staff was next level, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My surgeon, Dr. Laungani was also so kind and made sure we were still on the same page before going in for surgery. The results after only a few days are already so amazing I can’t wait until I am fully healed. I would give 6 stars if I could.
