Fabio Cavaliere: Best experience in home renovation in a long time. First we met with Sarah at our house. After discussing our plans and taken the measurements. Sarah worked her magic on the computer. All options were taken in consideration in order to get maximum space into our unit. Once approved on the 3D sketches the work went in production. Installation was completed impeccably. Almost no dust or debris in the bedroom throughout installation. Thank you California closets for your work. The final design was a three person collaboration and the design gave us everything we wanted and more. We put the thought in before, and reviewed the final design with the layout that Sarah provided us with. The installation was seamless. Our installer was very respectful of our home and provided excellent site protection. He was well organized and completed the installation much quicker than we thought he would. Moving back into our new closet was a pleasure. Everything going into the new closet had its designated space because we took our time creating the new space before it was built. However I write this review because a renovation of the entrance floor last week had us lose a bracket in the demolition so a ran around looking for a replacement bracket. Amazon had them in large packages, quite expensive.I called Glen to purchase just one and he said to just come by and he actually GAVE ME a replacement bracket! B: Hey All, I'm actually quite impressed with this outfit. Lianne runs a tight ship as project manager/designer/estimator. She truly takes the time and energy to understand the client. She's respectful yet persistent, prompt yet highly detailed, and she sees around the bend to make sure the install is smooth. To me, there is good customer value in this operation, which only comes from a decently well oiled machine. Keep it up!

Luigi Pomponi: , they finally came back and again the same part was measured wrong! I called the receptionist to speak to a manager, was told he would call me back the same day. He never did call back. I've missed 2 days of work and time emptying closets and still need to take a 3rd day off evenyually. Not impressed at all.Update: They came to fix the problem 2 days after posting this review and despite the issues mentioned above, the final product is very well done.

Lin Sok: I've held several events at Nuenza over the years and the owner Nancy has always been a pleasure to work with. Nuenza has a fully functional kitchen and the layout of the studio allows for my guests to walk around and mingle. I've held a number of mixers and networking events, and I have friends/guests who've rented the space for their own events, including a fundraiser to raise money for the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.The biggest event I've held there had 60 people, and the fewest is around 20. I believe capacity is much bigger but 60 is comfortable so you're not shoulder-to-shoulder. With 20 people, it didn't look empty. This is to help provide a visual if you are looking for an event space.It is also walking distance from de Castelneau and Beaubien metros, and there is street parking.Overall, this is my go to space to host events and I highly recommend the gorgeous Cuisines Nuenza.

Zeenah J: Although I did not end up choosing Nuenza for my project, I have to say that the service I received on my first consultation was AMAZING. Alex ran through how their service works, the various material options, we discussed my living situation and plans to determine what materials would best suit my kitchen. He was so straightforward, honest and pleasant to speak with! He supplied us with a sample plan and cost for another project on the go, so that we would have an idea of layout, cost etc. If this was going to be my forever home, I would have gone with them in a heart beat, but I chose a more affordable option given that it will eventually become a rental unit.

Anouk Bachman: We started our journey with Nuenza in the late summer of 2020, when we bought a small condo in the Plateau that needed a lot of love. Dora reached out to us, and we immediately clicked! So the process started of figuring out what we wanted to do with the kitchen, the bathroom, and a lot of polish all around the house. She was the perfect match for us as a designer, and made it all so much FUN for us, with the least amount of stress possible. And that means a lot when you are renovating during a global pandemic, while moving, and working full-time!Once the designs were done, we were matched with the most amazing contracting team, and we cannot recommend Guillaume and his coworkers highly enough. Overall that process of renovation went really smooth, with a lot of updates so we could give our input and keep updated on the progress. The pandemic caused some minor delays, but every single time Dora and the team of Nuenza tried to help as much as possible to provide alternatives or even a placeholder when we decided a stove was worth waiting for.I think the only challenge we faced I was less happy with was the work done by the installer from Miralis. While we are incredibly happy with the Miralis products, the installer made some errors and scratches, and for that reason we would not work with this installer again. Nuenza's team made sure all that was fixed and addressed, so no complaints there on how they handled that.Our home is now finished and we have been living in since December. We couldn't be happier. Turns out I like moving and renovating, so maybe in a few years we will do it again; I would not hesitate to reach out to Nuenza again!We should have photos to share in a few weeks !Service:Remodeling

We were fortunate to have Yajing Hu in KSI's Vaudreuil location assigned to our project. From the very first meeting, Yajing was very welcoming and respectful. We quickly observed her professionalism and expertise, as she guided us throughout the design phase of our kitchen renovation. She made many excellent suggestions to the overall design plan. Her follow-up to our many questions, with clear, precise responses in a timely manner, was exemplary. On a 5-star rating we would give Yajing a 10, with meeting our expectations.
