Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

Fabio Cavaliere: Best experience in home renovation in a long time. First we met with Sarah at our house. After discussing our plans and taken the measurements. Sarah worked her magic on the computer. All options were taken in consideration in order to get maximum space into our unit. Once approved on the 3D sketches the work went in production. Installation was completed impeccably. Almost no dust or debris in the bedroom throughout installation. Thank you California closets for your work. The final design was a three person collaboration and the design gave us everything we wanted and more. We put the thought in before, and reviewed the final design with the layout that Sarah provided us with. The installation was seamless. Our installer was very respectful of our home and provided excellent site protection. He was well organized and completed the installation much quicker than we thought he would. Moving back into our new closet was a pleasure. Everything going into the new closet had its designated space because we took our time creating the new space before it was built. I find that the cuts have always been very accurate, that the panes are always available when promised, and that the costs have been reasonable and competitive. They have also given me great advice on how to do the job myself. I would highly recommend Glass Experts for anyone needing glass or glass products.

Patricia Vandecruys: I just had to write a review: I had Glen do a hall closet, pantry and lower cabinet organizers: sliding shelves etc..OVER 19 YEARS LATER,, well they are still flawless. However I write this review because a renovation of the entrance floor last week had us lose a bracket in the demolition so a ran around looking for a replacement bracket. Amazon had them in large packages, quite expensive.I called Glen to purchase just one and he said to just come by and he actually GAVE ME a replacement bracket! I would like to bring to your attention to a cashier called Rita who is working for you at Place Vertu and is most of the time at the cash at the centers entrance facing Adonis. Her Name is Rita she is one of the best workers I have ever seen or had the pleasure of being served by her. She has a constant smile on her face , she helps people all the time even when people do not ask for help. Last week I was trying to activate my new card from Canadian tire. I was on the phone for 3 days waiting for more than 30 mints every time and I could not. When I went shopping on Thursday and told Rita this she quickly got on the phone to customers service and within minuets I was able to activate my card and paid for my shopping with it. Rita is always ready to help. she knows where to find things and if she can not give you an answer she will call the department and find out anything you want or need. She is efficient quick, helpful, always ready to help, has a great personality and is the only one that does her job as a profetional ,aware of everyone who goes in and out of the store. She is excellent at her work and should be promoted as a manager or her wages should be increased. The owner of Canadian tire should be proud to have such a person working for them.
