Steve: Advisor Charly as well as the tech welcomed me without an appointment and the tech balanced my two front wheels perfectly despite 2 attempts by the Porsche dealers without success!!! Marc-Olivier Dozois Lyrette: They saved my bacon! Hit a giant pothole that pierced my tire and deformed the rim. I was 45min away from home and the day was ending. Other garages wouldn't even look at it until the next day. They fixed the tire and rim enough for me to safely get back home in just an hour and for 100$. Absolutely amazing! Would recommend to anyone.
Megan Howarth: he reached out to me to see what had happened. He very generously offered to have me bring my car back to the garage, where he personally handled everything directly with me. He was really nice, patiently listened to my entire saga and then worked with me to make it right. He installed my winter tires free of charge, did a break clean up and checked out my wipers. He was adamant that I remain a happy Merson client, which was above and beyond the treatment I'd gotten previously. I'm now back as a customer, and Charley has said he will handle my file himself, which makes me feel like a VIP, but also is such a kind gesture for a stressed out car owner.Original Review:As someone else said, they're great until suddenly they're not.It all started when they lost my tires. They treated me like I was a liar or somehow responsible for what happened, despite me paying to store them for the winter.Problems cascaded from there. My oil change done at the same time resulted in my neighbor letting me know the next day my car was leaking massive amounts of oil. I called them and brought in right in. Mechanic said it was 99% their fault

Sal: Amazing service from Autotech. They took the time to explain to me how the alignment process works, and what they could adjust as part of the alignment, and what they could not. I was in a bind as I am heading to NYC on a road trip just a few days before I hit a pothole that misaligned my vehicle.After getting my GTI serviced from autotech, they did a great job getting the GTI back as per recommended specs. The caster is slightly off, but this cannot be repaired by Autotech via their alignment service, as this requires possible replacement parts from the manufacturer. All in all, fantastic service and a job well done! Attached pictures for your reference.
