It was a nightmare contractor who broke, scratched, and didn’t do any job right. We had to completely redo our bathroom and nothing was salvageable, NOTHING! Meanwhile, we can’t even count how many times we went and contacted Fleurco for, info’s, parts, and installations. They came over 4 times and sent me new pieces when needed with and without warranty. Installations, services and pieces are reasonable prices and shipping is within a couple of days. We do not write many reviews but we felt it was a minimum of our parts to do so in this situation. A special thank you to Sabrina, Shelayah, Julie, Cristian, Abdel and team at Fleurco for being amazing. Please do not take in consideration any bad reviews. It is almost impossible to have a worst situation than ours and they were there to help us no matter what. We have never seen a company so willing to help even when their products weren’t at fault.
