Simon Chagnon: I am satisfied with having chosen Héneault and Gosselin for our subsidence problem, we had piles installed. They then repaired the cracks in the foundation, waterproofed and insulated the foundation, and installed a French drain. They were very professional, attentive to our requests, very respectful. We had a surprise, the foundation had a very big crack, and they took steps to fix it, it didn't seem to stress them out, you can see that they saw others. Gabriel, Marco and Mario were the ones who did the work, and they were very efficient, respectful, they took the time to answer my questions, thank you guys. Otherwise my initial contact was Félix, he explained the steps we had to follow, he gave me good advice. Justin was also there, super friendly and efficient. Jocelyn was available from morning to evening, before, during and even after the work. They even repaired a few cracks on the foundation below the floor. It has been a few years since the work and it is still in perfect condition. I called Dan this past week for some home renovation advise, he was very helpful. These are good people and they know what they are doing.
