Sophia Jab: some of the people who work on coordination lack humanism and understanding. Following a call on April 23, a lady who called me was very difficult. I tried to explain my despair to her, I expressed myself well, I asked her to find me a solution since the dates she offered me for a follow-up appointment did not correspond to those I had been told . She didn't want to know anything and she kept repeating the same things to me like a robot. I was lucky following an email that repeated everything I had said to him, I received a call from a woman Antoinette. What a gem!! Everything that was impossible and very difficult the day before turned out to be simple for her. What a beautiful person. I thank her enormously. Miss Y: Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are rare gems! I've been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with other clinics, without success. I had a first meeting with Dr. Ouhilal, she was the one who chose the treatment, the medications and the dosage. I can tell you that she was not mistaken and gave me treatment adapted to my situation. Afterwards I continued the ultrasounds, the egg collection and the transfer with Dr. Mahutte. From the first visit I immediately felt that I was in good hands, this man inspires confidence. He is so kind, patient and reassuring, but above all very competent, just like his partner. We did 1 cycle of IVF with him and I got pregnant on the first try of the first transfer. A miracle. Many thanks Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal for everything you have done for me and my partner, we will be grateful to you for life and we will recommend you to other couples with our eyes closed ❤️. Thanks also to Bonnie and all the staff, you are an outstanding team.

But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!

Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Astrid Hammermeister: Dr Paul Tabet was very patient when listening and answering question. I was getting a "cord goes deep in your nose" test, and he was kind and understanding about that difficulty and my discomfort.A lot of medical workers get annoyed or angry if you spazz out or can't relax during an uncomfortable or painful procedure, and instead he reassured me that I was doing well, and to me that's going above and beyond.Outside of that, the clinic was uncomfortable loud, which clashed horribly with the low quality speakers that announced which patient should go to which room.
NM: , and also you can only cancel/reschedule an appointment by calling at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment so that you don't pay the cancellation fee. Whereas you can confirm your appointment in the automatic appointment reminder email that they send you the week of your appointment, however, you can't cancel your appointment through that email/online confirmation link -- I hope they can change this, so that there is no need to call and wait on the phone for a while in order to cancel/reschedule an appointment.

Certainly, the organization is not always at the top, but since I have used the health services here in Quebec, I have noticed that this point is not a strong point everywhere, so I expected it. On the other hand, I congratulate the team of nurses and workers who supported me during my treatment. I found empathy in our discussions, kindness during the consultations. I felt surrounded by a passionate team who always welcomed me. I had the same treatment in France, and therefore I have references which allow me to say that I am very satisfied with the care I was given. I haven't seen Dr. REINBLATT much, but I think that's normal. The important thing is that the team communicates with each other and that we transmit the right information.
