carmine palucci: Thank you Henri! Today just before 9 a.m., April 29, 2024, I wrote via Chat to Gabriel Harley-Davidson Montreal. I wanted to ask if parts and accessories that I needed were in stock. I prefer and wanted to buy original OEM accessories and I mentioned that would go by the dealership during my lunch hour to buy them same day. That is if they were indeed in stock. I did get a response to my Chat right away, but the support I received was sort of questionable, especially considering, it was a quick guaranteed sale. Not a mean response, but a non-caring one for sure. I bought my Harley there as well, years ago. Sales service was fantastic. Today, I was left with a response, like I still had to do all the work, and I was the customer. Anyway, I know Henri is in the sales area of the dealership, and he even sold me my 2nd motorcycle back in 1991 at Moto Internationale downtown. So, gave it a quick thought and I quickly used the sales Chat menu instead, put my information in, and Henri responded, he once again was there for me. He addressed my inquiry like the gentleman he has always been over all these years. He made sure my inquiry would get to the Parts department and that they would email me back. They did and Loic told me that the parts where available, and he would put them aside for me. $532.00 just like that, sold, paid for, and picked up my accessories during my lunch hour as I promised. Henri...thank you so much for taking the extra care. It made all the difference for me.

The payment was very rushed and after payment he gave me papers and that’s it. Then he realised later that I haven’t received the bike yet.Anyway, bought a 2003 Suzuki Savage LS650. I hope I can run this thing for at least two seasons. The dealership gave me new batteries which at least started the bike but I wonder why would you sell the bike from your lot if you know the battery is an issue.

Louis Daudet: I got a scooter from Apollo, their Apollo Pro. After a while, the scooter turned out to be defective unfortunately. Very fortunately, I was put in contact with Josh from their support team, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! I got to send my scooter back, and they shipped a new one right back to me. It was fast, easy, and hassle free. Defective units will always happen no matter the strength of the QA process. The way a company handles the situation when it happens is really what make the difference, and in my case, Apollo was really top notch. It is all the more impressive given that much larger, much older companies sometimes do not take the time and resources to handle things nearly as well as they did. This has been my experience with Apollo since I first bought my scooter in 2021. I wish the Apollo management style could rub off on some of the Service industry companies in the US. To avoid a grumpy rant, I will conclude that Apollo has made me a lifetime customer. I'll be back for my next upgrade as soon as I out grow my Ghost.

They were tremendously cool about it, made us wait a mere 20mins, and answered all our questions. Extra love for their incredible patience they had with the group of massive d*cks that came in behind us all tense. I bet they get that a lot. We saw the entire Plateau, Lil Italy, Mile End, Jean Talon, Rosemont, the Botanical Gardens, Hochelaga, downtown and the Expo museum. For about $85 for 2. It was pretty sick.

Would recommend to anyone.
Megan Howarth: he reached out to me to see what had happened. He very generously offered to have me bring my car back to the garage, where he personally handled everything directly with me. He was really nice, patiently listened to my entire saga and then worked with me to make it right. He installed my winter tires free of charge, did a break clean up and checked out my wipers. He was adamant that I remain a happy Merson client, which was above and beyond the treatment I'd gotten previously. I'm now back as a customer, and Charley has said he will handle my file himself, which makes me feel like a VIP, but also is such a kind gesture for a stressed out car owner.Original Review:As someone else said, they're great until suddenly they're not.It all started when they lost my tires. They treated me like I was a liar or somehow responsible for what happened, despite me paying to store them for the winter.Problems cascaded from there. My oil change done at the same time resulted in my neighbor letting me know the next day my car was leaking massive amounts of oil. I called them and brought in right in. Mechanic said it was 99% their fault
