And it only got better as the time went on. From Irene at the front desk to Guillaume in the Palm Court bar/restaurant, everyone was exemplary at their job and went above and beyond.As grand as this over-a-century-old building is, the rooms are fresh, contemporary and state-of-the-art. They feel individual and personal, with none of the cookie-cutter quality that even top luxury chains are falling prey to these days.I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it is truly one of the most special places we have stayed.Safety: Security is excellent. You need a hotel key to access the elevator and the key only provides access to your floor.Food & drinks: Try the RC cocktail at the Palm Court! It’s next level

Annie and Abir were so helpful at customer service and Zaid was helping me again in the department. Jonathan Marcel: Very good quality bedding, efficient and very pleasant staff.Hotel under construction without us having had the information, the hobby was therefore not at all as presented on the site. The room is a little old but in perfect condition and could do with a little modernization.

Thanks for the cinnamon hot chocolates in the morning.Nearby activities: IN the heart of Carré Doré, the hotel is close to banks and business centers, but also the Museum of Modern Art, a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Mont Royal and McGill Park, 35 minutes walk from the Old Port. Nice place to shine.

Yes it's spotless; yes it's comfortable and chic and everything smells good, and even my belongings still smelled ever so slightly like the hotel when I got home; yes it's wonderfully located and Marcus is delicious and, well, it's the Four Seasons, but it stands out because of the warm and personal welcome from each and every employee. And they all seem really happy to be there. There is no superficiality one might expect from a five-star hotel. I felt like I was coming home every time I went back to my room.

Laura Grenier: Beautiful location for a business trip close to services and several restaurants. The rooms are clean and the service is impeccable. Please note, you absolutely must go to the Bivouac restaurant which is located on the same floor as the hotel reception.Rooms: My room was very practical. I had a bed, of course, a desk and a couch. Very practical for a professional trip.
Safae: This hotel is in a very convenient location in downtown Montreal, the room was spacious and the staff was helpful and attentive. I would like to give a special thanks to the security guard Ahmed who was on the morning of April 19, 2024 for his professionalism and excellent service. Duncan Kennon: Excellent service with clean large rooms. Great view over all of Montreal! From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping all the staff are excellent. Great WiFi for working and a good location for access to the airport and downtown if needed.I managed to leave a jacket behind in the room and the team were great at helping me ship it overnight to me before I left Canada!Rooms: Really clean with a comfy bed.

Archangel Productions LLC: Overall, this is a very clean and luxurious hotel. The underground garage parking was extremely convenient, especially since we came in the winter just before a snowstorm. It's within walking distance to the Bell Center and all the major shopping on Rene Levesque and St Catherine St. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool but wanted to very much. The only problem I had was that the girl at the coffee shop would not accept the 50 cent pieces I was trying to give her just because she had never seen one before. Kerig Ahearn: First off If your coming to downtown MTL this place is perfectly located about 2 blocks from the Bell center and a couple blocks from from st Catharines st. We have stayed here 5 times, The staff are phenomenal, check in never an issue. This time is the first time we have ever had a small issue with our room. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. Called the front desk and within 5 min we had someone here to fix it. Beds are super comfy and have multiple choice of pillow firmness available on our beds. You can't go wrong with this place and it's our go to every time we come to MTL.
