They actually care about you and it is super rare these days. Bridal shops should take them as a the golden standard to follow. After my first visit at the store and finding my dress, I was nervous to put a deposit down due to my first bad experience and they understood me and allowed me to go sleep on it without losing the price they were giving me to get it the day of, Sarah gave me her private phone # for emotional support too. I went back a week later to finalize everything and my friends and I had the best time hanging out with them. They were patient, kind, and helped me find my dream dress at a dream price. We were not rushed and I must have tried on like 20 dresses. Even though the loft side is where you buy what is in stock, no ordering, the experience was the same as what you see on TVHighly recommend this for all future brides.
