Cafe Larue & Fils: what do users think?

Duc C. Nguyên: Sipping on a cappuccino alone at a neighborhood café in Villeray, Montreal. There's something quietly poetic about sitting at the counter, cradling warmth in a cup, while watching the ballet of baristas in a bustling afternoon. It's moments like these—amid the clatter and whirl of coffee machines—that I find a peaceful solitude, a gentle space to breathe and just be. Here, in the unnoticed corners of the day, life's simple beauties unfold. #CafeReflections #MontrealMoments

Dave Vaut: Only disappointment I have is I was hoping to find a nice place to study, but they’ve covered all the outlets, so I was unable to charge my laptop to keep working.Altogether though, for a coffee date, the place seems perfect.

Melanie Cote: I love this coffee! Location, service and music 🎶

ura: My matcha latte was excellent, served by a wonderful barista, who played great music too!Delicious!

Tifany Hoang-Pham: Not ideal for studying with laptops, but perfect for chatting with friends. The pastries and drinks are affordable and delicious!

Pikolo Espresso Bar: what do users think?

Margee Fagelson: I think Pikolo has ruined coffee for me. I don't love the nearby hotel. But, OMG, I DO freaking LOVE Pikolo. Got a cold brew for the drive back. Cold and fresh and tasty and potent. I also got the friendliest damn barista in North America. Though, that seems to be a general staffing theme. Thanks for ruining coffee for me. Pikolo is delectable!Vegetarian options: Plant-based milk, galore.Dietary restrictions: TWO--count them--two different oat milk options, as well as all the others.

Pablo Seib: Best hot chocolate in town!!

Robin Cerutti: best coffee in town

Discovering Destinations: We took an afternoon, walk to go and grab a coffee somewhere and found this little gem. The coffee is quite tasty and the view is very nice. It’s just in front of Place des Arts. Delicious drinks, in a very nice part of the city.Parking: Depending on the time of day and the day of the week, you may be able to find street parking on Ontario Street, Saint Laurent Street and since you are close to the main attractions, there are also interior parking spaces around

Becca Kellner: 5. Great spot with lots of delicious treats and seasonal specials. Good mix of tables and booths and lots of folks working as well as socializing. Many options for coffee, tea, and matcha- and a variety of alternative milks. Really loved the iced chai! The baked goods were great- they had 2 types of savory scones which is rare, and wonderful! Not many vegan baked goods available.Friendly staff and nice space.Vegetarian options: Many alternative milks available

Anthony Kurz: Great coffee and yummy fresh scones etc. Authentic coffee shop atmosphere!

Café Olimpico - Mile End: what do users think?

Bilal Abdel-Rahman: Great coffee!

Sugafull 27: I see why everyone’s recommending this coffee shop and saying it’s the best coffee in Montreal. I agree now! Their coffee has depth in taste and aroma. I hate sour tastes but olimpico’s was so amazing. I enjoyed so much. Also the staff there was super friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering two cups of coffee- caffe mocha and cafe remix. Bought tiramisu and pistachio chocolate as well because the staff recommended 😂Havent tried the tiramisu and chocolate yet but i can assure they are also all good since their coffee was excellent 💖I would def come back again. The other two location was PACKED with ppl with endless long line ups. And the stores were so tiny and small. Especially the one near Mcgill univ one was just unbelievably small i didnt want to go inside. The seats were empty but it looked impossible to sit there and enjoy/relax.Go to the mid town one! The place is big and no line ups👍🏼

Kyle McFerren: and absolutely loved the way it felt like we were on a different continent. This place really exemplified that vibe - it felt very European! They only serve espresso, no American-style drip coffee. Delicious espressos and Americanos and best atmosphere of any coffee shop we visited in Quebec!

Michel Sakakini: I visited this well known Italian cafe for a morning coffee.I have to mention how elegant and timeless the decor is, its the perfect spot to grab a hot drink and sit for a moment with a friend or a date.I had a latte to go.It was absolutely the best latte I ever had in Montreal. It was silky smooth, very rich and creamy. Id recommend it to any coffee fan.

Brighech: Recommended dishes Café Allongé Avec Pâtisserie, Croissant Pistachio

Ani-claude Demers: Best coffee in Montreal

Justin Schmid: .It's really easy to walk right past Odessa. The atmosphere won't impress anyone. But if you want a well-made espresso drink, put Odessa on your list. If I lived in Montreal, I'd visit often.

Jay Bell: By far my favorite cafe in Old Port, let alone Montreal. You’re always greeted with enthusiastic baristas, awesome music and a great atmosphere. Whether your hear to study during a quiet time or to meet up with friends it really is a place to gather. Last but not least, the coffee is simply amazing and prepped however you like. My go to whenever I’m in Montreal.

Helen Chambers: Lovely atmosphere and although the shop is small we got a seat and there were some spare. The staff were lovely and the breakfast bun I got was great. The mocha was also delicious!

LEAVES HOUSE (Montagne): what do users think?

Aubrey Roberts: Such a cute little café, and everything they have is vegan! Felt so nice to be able to pick anything on the menu! Came here several times during my trip to Montréal, it was the perfect breakfast spot. They open early and have a nice selection of pastries and drinks. Everything my friend and I tried was delicious! The location is also excellent if you are staying/doing things downtown. I will absolutely come back here if I ever find myself in Montréal again!Dietary restrictions: Everything is vegan!

Maria Claudia Grau Martinez: with hazelnut. There’s many other combinations that one can make - all vegan/dairy free

Klayton Lam: Amazing veggie patty and London Fog

Marc NATON: This is a coffee shop which offers, in addition to the full range of coffees, teas and lattes, a choice of sweet AND savory pastries. We take care of your health, everything is little sweet and/or little salty and vegan. The service is very attentive. The atmosphere in the room is cozy.A little address not to be missed in Montreal.

Sheila Bailey: The best croissant I have had in ages!

Akian Decloitre: Super nice little café, lots of cool things to eat and a choice of drinks 👌🏻Vegetarian options: Vegan pastries and snacks 👌🏻

Kin Leong: Nice relaxing place to enjoy a latte while doing some work.

Mariia Myrgorodska: Autumn, a sweet and friendly girl let us in even after the cafe closed to buy coffee

Itai Epstein: The cute American girl is my favorite staff member. Always had great recommendations and makes the best matcha latte or lemonade in these parts of Shaughnessy Village.

Fox Lightman: Nice choice of coffee with nice pastry.

La Fabrique de Bagel Montréal - Westmount: what do users think?

Café Humble Lion (Sherbrooke): what do users think?

Cindy Hum: Cozy cafe with tasty drinks, perfect for a stop on a Winter Day. Their london fog was smooth with the right amount of tea flavour. Cold water was available on the side to self serve if you needed it, which was a nice touch.Seating wasn’t the most comfortable given the size of the space and some chargers weren’t working at all. Some hangars was available for you to hang your coat especially nearby the washroom.

Cassia Attard: blend that isn’t my favourite.A matcha with soy milk was over $7, which is just too much.Other than price, 5 stars.

Claudia Bourgeois: THANKS! A small coffee offered out of sympathy for the teachers. We really appreciate it.

mathilde trottier: Good coffee, good cookies
