She listened, asked questions, and offered suggestions. I was going for a shorter cut and we went over the pictures of the look I wanted to achieve.She did the cut and explained how to style it. I tried styling it at home a few days later and it came out really nice. She made sure to ask for my input along the way to make sure that I got the haircut that I wanted. She also let me know that if I wanted to come back for some adjustments that would absolutely be possible. Not only did Haley do a great job, she was super sweet and fun to talk to! He knows how to handle fragile hair and he knows how to create a natural look. It's still exactly like what I had in mind. He is able to listen and recreate what I hope for, every time.Moreover, he takes the time to answer all the questions and even to explain what can be a problem when getting a perm. If one day I am forced to do my perm with someone else, I will be able to demand, for example, that my hair be protected by using little sticks to free the elastics from the rollers. It may not seem like a big deal, but unfortunately the art of perming is not mastered by many hairdressers!
