Véronique Primeau: Great learning and meeting experience! If I could make a comment it would be in relation to the class time slots on weekday evenings... I would have liked to have more choice after 5:30 p.m. due to work schedules. I also don't know if this is a possibility but to ensure that no matter the evening of the course in which we are registered, that we have the choice to come to the practice workshops on the weekend on the day of our choice, even if it means reserve free practice slots as you go

Riadh Ben Chaabene: I recently took part in a ceramics workshop led by the talented trainer Camille, and it was an absolutely remarkable experience. Camille was able to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the start, which made everyone feel comfortable and inspired to explore their creativity. His teaching skills were exceptional, skillfully guiding everyone through the steps of the creative process with patience and expertise. Thanks to his wise advice and constant encouragement, I was able to leave with a piece of ceramic that I am incredibly proud of. I highly recommend Camille's workshops to anyone looking to discover the wonderful world of ceramics in an enriching and stimulating atmosphere.

Zoïr Radjabov: Nice

Jo-Anne Wu: I joined their open studio for a few months and it's such a lovely space to work on my personal projects as they provide all the tools including slab roller and wheels. The studio is super organized, well managed and consistently clean and I love how cozy it makes me feel. It's like being at home especially when you get to change into studio slippers during the wetter winter days. They also have a production area that makes some beautiful porcelain tablewares so their shop is worth checking out too if you're in the area!

Farid Djemmal: You work in art and you deserve 1000 stars

Lara Munoz Pena: Good understanding and feedback from owner/staff. I subscribed to a pottery workshop, which I payed in advance. For personal reasons I couldn’t attend but the money was non refundable. I was upset at first because it was a high amount of money to loose just like that. But it turns out that communication was clear with the owner and my situation was understood just right. The owner offered me a voucher and I got in exchange some materials to continue my practice at home as well as some beautiful pasta bowls that display beautiful in my kitchen right now. I recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tm Piper: Atelier Make is one of my favorite small businesses in Montreal. I have been a fan for the past 10 years ever since I purchased my first piece at a holiday fair. Since then I have taken a 6 week handbuilding class, purchased gorgeous items for my home and as gifts for others, and enjoyed their yearly sample sale. I always send out of town guests to Atelier Make as I know they will find treats to bring home too. And my friends know how much I love Atelier Make--they surprised me with a birthday party there this year. Thank you Jaimie, Maya and the Atelier Make team! I would give you 6 stars if I could.

Victor Benoist: I have visited Atelier Make many times and am always blown away by stunning ceramic pieces and the friendly and helpful staff

Lauren Boorman: I have been going to Atelier Make for about three years now and I have only wonderful things to say about the studio. Not only do they sell incredibly beautiful and unique pieces that they create in-house, but they also offer classes for any level - from pottery-curious novices to intermediates looking to hone their skills. I have taken many classes with Atelier Make and am continuously impressed with the patience and helpfulness of the teachers. They assist each student individually with their technique to ensure everyone is on track to improve. It is clear that they are passionate about ceramics and passing their knowledge on to their students. Despite starting with absolutely zero knowledge of pottery, I have developed a passion and become confident in wheel throwing all thanks to Atelier Make! I would whole-heartedly recommend the studio for anyone looking to start pottery as a hobby, or to start a new collection of fabulous ceramic home goods!

Hong Nhu Nguyen: They have amazing classes, open studio and awesome workshops. Also super cute products that are great for gifts and regular use!

Ma Sa: Hello, do you offer a public service for cooking?

Katerina Bulatova: This was a lot of fun, I went with my boyfriend to a hand building class and we both enjoyed it. Julie Ann is patient, kind and fun, and I am happy with my mug and plate. One suggestion is to show some out of ordinary examples for shapes or options for decoration so everyone has a chance for something unique

Zoé Naum: Extraordinary pottery class ❤️

Hélène Lewis: At the start of the year I took part in a shaping course with Xavier. The course was well structured and the teacher very friendly. We were able to carry out each step to arrive at a finished product. It’s super cool 😊 In addition, Catherine, the ceramist owner, knows how to convey her professionalism and, to my greatest pleasure, the joy of living.

mai huynh: Loved!

Nahid Nasiri: Good teachers and warm vibe , highly recomended

Claudia M: I couldn’t imagine doing ceramics at any other studio in the city.

Federico Cuartas Aristizabal: Best arts and crafts school in Montreal. Bilingual classes. Love it!

Gary Parker: Very nice little gallery

Mary Caroline Rowan: An enchanting gallery space. The current exhibit titled "with the seasons" captivating!

catherine deschamps montpetit: Attended the "Ring in a Day" workshop given by Cynthia Hawkes and it was amazing! Cynthia and her assistant were very attentive and patient teachers. I went in without any knowledge about jewellery design and came out with two silver rings that look like they were made by a pro!The Visual Arts Centre has also put in place many COVID safety procedures such as plexi glass between stations, PPE and cleaning. I felt very safe during my time in the studio. Will be back for more courses very soon.

Jean-Marc Beaudoin: Positive:ProfessionalismVery professional. Excellent teachers. Very complete range of courses.

Louise Samson: . The teachers are exceptional: passionate artists, they are also excellent communicators who know how to guide the student and help them to surpass themselves. The Center also presents lectures at its McClure Gallery as well as the opportunity for students to be part of an annual exhibition. Their works are grouped together and demonstrate the diversity of media explored: oil painting, acrylic, drawing, charcoal, red chalk, watercolor, ceramics, jewelry creation, etc...The Center also operates very stimulating day camps for children during the summer season.Management and staff are on site. They know how to advise and give you impeccable service.A fantastic school that makes your aspirations come true.

Claude Bouchard: I had painted in oil on my own for years, learning by trial and error, but when I decided to try my hand at watercolour, I felt some direction would be beneficial and I signed up for my first class at the Visual Art Centre. Was I pleased with my decision? So much so that I ended up taking additional classes for a half dozen years and was never disappointed. Not only were my teachers talented artists themselves, they also had the ability of transferring their knowledge and techniques to their students. A wonderful atmosphere to develop creatively with other talented peers while having fun. Highly recommended.

Bonnie Shemie: Great place with a good vibe. It has been very rewarding to volunteer as a board member for eights years

Theresa Passarello: Taking courses at the VAC gave me the confidence to move on to the Studio Arts Program at Concordia to receive my BFA. The teachers and staff are always helpful and supportive and the exhibitions and artist talks at the McClure Gallery are an added bonus to an already exceptional community art school. I volunteer as a board member at the VAC because it is a jewel of an art school!

lise gohier: Great school, the teachers are qualified. The classes are enthusiastic and the students are motivated.

Master School of Bartending: what do users think?

Hernan SG: Excited to get to know this place

Aidan Wiazowski: Great class focusing not only on the essential techniques needed in the industry, but also education on spirits and wines. Alex is a legendary teacher and is very knowledgeable on the material and common questions about the industry. I was able to get a bartending job within a week of finishing! Highly recommend.

Sagar Amrelia: Excellent place to learn many things about bar-tending, customer service & hospitality. Learned a lot under Alexzandru Tudor.

Steven Gallego: Had an amazing experience with the school. I most say that Alexandru is an incredible instructor. Thank you so much for the great formation. The curriculum is available on the school's website if you're curious. I just got hired shortly after finishing my course. Recommended if you're looking for online teaching. With the whole covid situation we are never too safe. Tip from a graduate, practice your drinks at home like receiving an order it's a very fun way to put at pratice the skills you're learning

朱若宇: Excellent experience! Great school if it's the first time you bartend, you can learn all the basics you need as bartender, all about glassware, spirits, liquors, principles of mixology, etc. You get to taste a lot of different cocktails and try to find which one you like, which is very inspering when you try to make your own drink. The teacher has a lot of professional experience, we learnt much more than just the technics from him. He helped us understand the profession and the standards as well as giving advices on how to find a job and step by step move forward.

Vincent Bujo: Fantastic course, you learn a lot in a short amount of time and have the drinks you make, great for beginners and others who just want to acquire more knowledge. Dimitri is great with his explanations and direct with constructive criticism. Almost ensuring that you will leave ready to serve, all you need to do is study.

Fugazzi: I really enjoyed my time at the Master School of Bartending, From the basic spirits to the history of these, from Cocktails to their origins and bartending/service practices. The teacher keeps you interested by often telling funny stories or anecdotes. it's everything you need as a bartender.

Antoine Bernadet: has a lot of knowledge and makes the course really interesting with his anecdotes!

Andy Q: was super informative about the whole thing, giving us tips and tricks I never thought I would learn from a class like this. His knowledge and passion for bartending makes you want to be just as good as he is at it, and be able to share the same knowledge that he can. He was very understanding with everyone throughout the class. All I can say is that I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to get in the bartending business!

Amarpreet Singh: The most finest week ever. The best basic ways to learn the techniques for bartending. The knowledge and story of every bottle is unique. Now I see the liquor in different perspective.

Bolivar: I just wanted to say thank you for the week of class i spent ! It was awesome, i learned alot from Dimitri knowledge! He helped us on every student difficulty and make us really confortable! we learned everything we need to start our bartender career!

Kim Phan: I came into the school with close to zero knowledge about alcohol in general. The teacher we had, Dimitri, was very positive about all of us and made sure we had a fun ride going into the world of bartending. It's a vast and rich world with many pitfalls. But learning about everything was riveting. It was never boring. I would go as far as to say that it feels like we were taught about something more valuable than simply mixing drinks. I'm sure that if you take this class, you'll take away some confidence and knowledge about the trade.Definitely go if you want to dip your toes into bartending!

Dinesh Reddy koppula: An excellent school for bar tending. Professor Dimitri has got a lot of experiences and is good at teaching. I recommend you this school, if your are seriously interested in taking proper coaching to become a bartender.

Zubin Boulanger: I rarely leave a review for anything, but I feel like this course really deserves my time to justify a five star rating. I can barely sit through a 1h15 course on a good day, and yet I managed to sit still for multiple hours with Dimitri teaching. He is by far the best teacher I've ever had and anyone considering taking a bartending course should go here just because of how good Dimitri is at both teaching and bartending. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and covered everything in a lot of depth for the amount of time he has.

melissa joseph: Very much worth it and it is very complete!

Johanne Marquis: Very enriching course! Lots of relevant information that helps you perform better in this profession. The instructor, Dimitri, is very experienced and gives information that will help me in my work!🥂 Thank you!

Erick Osorio: shared so much information with us that will help me and the rest of the students stand out behind the bar. Literally, he went from "how to properly hold a bottle" all the way to dealing with customers. In my opinion this has been one of the best investments I've made in my life. It sparked an even greater motivation to become too class bartender! 🍸
