Stan Pavlik: I ordered a washer dryer combination unit from a large retailer. They delivered, but said they could not disconnect. I had to have a plumber, so I sent it back. My original unit is 16 years old, was told they normally last about 10+ years.Cost for new unit with tax; 1750. Add plumber 2 visits, over $2,000.I would have kept the new unit had they been able to install. Since this was not possible and I was able to send it back, I had no choice but to look for an alternative. How about a repairman.Excellent decision. Joseph was knowledgeable. He showed up to fix dryer and brought parts. I mentioned that I had issues with the spin cycle in my washer. He found the issue, had to order parts and come back. After the 2nd visit, I doubted it was fixed, since the top door would not open. My mistake, needed to let washer cool down before safety latch would open. After multiple washes, in all cycles, it works. I texted Joseph and thanked him for the EXCELLENT work. I informed our building management about this excellent service provider. Highly recommend Joseph. He is an honest man. Thank God there are still people like him.Cost to repair, fraction of what it would have cost had I gone through with new purchase and plumber.He does other repairs as well. This is the way it used to be in the past. Thank you Joseph. Good luck with your repair business.

Morgane Rosais: We had a problem with the rinse program on our washer. I called on Tuesday to arrange an appointment the next day. Having no news on Wednesday, I called customer service. They told me they made a mistake and set the appointment for Thursday. I explain to them that it’s quite annoying for us, that we are in the office today. They managed to get the repairman to come at the beginning of the PM. The service lasted a total of 30 minutes. The repairman was courteous, efficient, absolutely honest throughout and immediately resolved the problem which was the clogged drain which could not be accessed without specific tools. Once the day came the technician who arrived was very professional explained to me what he was going to do, a diagnosis for my TV and report the problem to the TV company. Very nice gentleman. Then I had a follow-up email to inform me with the photos taken by the technician that Electro-Experts had completed their part and I should expect a response from the TV company which is Hisense Canada. I found this whole process to be very professional, I worked for 20 years in customer experience service and if the companies applied this philosophy of informing their customers by putting a process that follows them throughout and informs them of what is done, what is processed etc. until the resolution, the companies would really have a better appreciation. I highly recommend Électro-Experts, I will not hesitate to call on them for a repair or just to consult whether a device can be repaired or not. Outstanding home service. Better than the technicians who come to connect you to the internet 😂 good continuity to the team and well done to them!

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and offered a simple solution. Once the required parts were available, another technician came and installed the parts. So far the burners are both functioning as they should. Thank you !Really expensive rate and the technician was not really professional :( he didn’t find out what was the problem with our dishwasher and claimed that our pipe was blocked. We had 2 plumbers to check and they all said the pipe was not blocked.Also, the technician charged 2.5 hours on our site while he only spent 2 hours which included the time he went to get his tools 2 times.Fast service though. But we probably won’t call again

Robert Saliba: I had a problem with my inglis fridge. The light in the fridge was not working and it was not a bulb problem. I called Apollo and Jules told me to try a quick fix which he explained to me over the phone. after doing what Jules told me all is working. What a knowledgeable person. Many thanks. He passed on his knowledge to me at no charge. That’s very unique today. If his fix did not solve the problem I would have gladly paid him for a home visit.

Gerry Steen: Jules diagnosed the problem with my stove with info I gave him over the phone. He gave me suggestions on how to test the part. He told me it was most probably the switch that was defective and not the element. He was right. I texted Jules a picture of the switch. He delivered it and I paid at the door. Great and efficient service. FYI, Appolo no longer has a physical location. All business done over the phone, by delivery, and repairs chez-vous.

Adam: diagnose the issue and suggested I try taking the components to a local PCB repair shop first, before ordering parts that cost hundreds of dollars. A couple of hours and $60 later, and my oven is working again. Jules wouldn’t accept any payment or gifts for his help.Five stars are for businesses that do great work and give great service. Jules seemed to continue the business on the road and in March I had a problem with my fridge. Jules came and repaired it at reasonable cost. After 4 months In July 2021 the same problem reoccurred. Jules came again and another replaced part, and as of today the fridge is operating as should be. The second visit and the part was at no cost. Thanks JulesI called Jules père in Sainte-Geneviève for any household appliance repairs. But since covid 19 the store front has been closed. Jules seems to be continuing the business on the road and in March I had a problem with my fridge. Jules came and fixed it at a reasonable cost. After 4 months In July 2021, the same problem happened again. Jules came back and replaced another part, and to this day the refrigerator works as it should. Second visit and game was no charge.
