Pierre Lamontagne: Very satisfied with our experience with this retailer. The showroom is spacious and the numerous lighting fixtures are clearly visible, without clutter like other retailers. We were served by Alan, who informed us competently and with a smile. We had clear answers to all our questions. During our second visit, Salvatore also gave us sound advice, very kindly. We decided to order a lighting fixture from the Kuzco company, which we received within a few days. The packaging was very protective, the product appears to be of very good quality, the assembly was easy and we really like the final result. Very good experience.

After contacting customer service I had a very quick reply from Salvatore, who immediately remedied the situation and answered all of my questions. Once I received my order there were tiny cracks in one small piece. I contacted Salvatore and he was able to ship a replacement piece very quickly. Not only are the products sold lovely but the customer service was exceptional and I really appreciate such great service!

Rachel S: I literally fell in love with this store. Everything is so beautiful and of superb quality. It is important to also mention the customer service which is A1. Often when I shop with a child I am offered average service, but not here! The salesperson didn't even seem bothered by my son's presence, which adds to the positive experience of shopping at Beige.

Pradeep S: The shop demo areas are extremely entertaining and one of a kind to experience the furniture before a purchase.For any new settler in the city IKEA offers great options at relatively reasonable prices with good support and warranty.Downsides are getting things assembled as well as sturdyness of furniture.For porcelain plates/cups, cutlery, tools, plants, blinds this is the best place.The food is also pretty wholesome and good.Overall it's a different and good shopping experience.

They were incredibly kind: Hugo showed me the steps to follow, I found the fabric corresponding to exactly what I was looking for and I even left with four new legs for my sofa, courtesy of Lidia! My Hugo sofa will therefore last a while longer! I recommend EQ3 to anyone, for the quality and beauty of the furniture found there and for the excellence of the customer service we receive.
