Holly Ammon: I got my engagement and wedding ring here back when they were in a very small store at the top of a tall tower downtown. It was an intimate experience, getting to pick my exact diamond since they actually have their stock on hand. It was an incredible experience because they made me feel very special and they really took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. I don't get that as much now that they're in the new location. I feel the service is lacking in comparison to how it was, but they're still nice. I got a pair of earrings for a gift from them and the quality wasn't great for what they cost. However, 5 stars for that experience and the results of my wedding rings that I got here 6 years ago.

David is a great perfectionist and artist and understands how to make a creative dream a reality! I cannot thank him enough for making me the most beautiful, delicate, elegant ring. Felix Belanger: Best place and best price to buy jewelry, or in my case a custom engagement ring, in the Greater Montreal Area.I emailed and called 20 different shops in and around Montreal looking for an engagement ring that my girlfriend would love. Once I received quotes from about 15 different shops, I decided to meet Joseph in person to discuss the next steps.He was very professional, understanding, and open to my design ideas. He shared my attention to detail and understood how important it was to me to get a very specific type of diamond and custom ring.He was able to provide me with a great 3D model of the ring that I was looking to be made after I showed him a dozen or so examples from pictures.All my questions were properly answered and if there was something that I was unsure of, thickness of the ring for example, Joseph gave me real answers and detailed explanations which lead to me going with what he suggested.Price wise, they had by far the best price. Some jewelry shops were quoting me 10-30% more for the same or lesser quality diamonds.He communicated openly with my through every step of the process and I am 100% satisfied with the ring he made for me.I brought in one ring to be resized, 2 rings to be cleaned, and 1 ring to be fixed for family members. Every one of them was extremely satisfied with the work, additional small fixes to make the rings look new, and the price charged for the work that was done.I highly recommend you meet with Joseph for your jewelry needs.

I found a pair of gold earrings but I didn't find the hammered effect I was looking for. The owner took the time to hammer them in her workshop in the back of the shop and even asked me if they were as desired. We loved our first visit so much that my boyfriend and I have already decided to get our wedding rings, and who knows, also an engagement ring, at this wonderful boutique. It's always a pleasure for the eyes to pass by your home when walking on Promenade Masson.
