When you enter the place you can tell its not a "linen chest" , its down to business with stuff restaurant use and abuse not fancy copper pan. Price are decent on stuff I wanted so that a plus. Im taking one star off cause most alley were blocked by boxes full of stuff in the middle of the row making it very hard to circulate with a cart .

He wants to ensure he understands your needs and sell you the article that satisfies those needs and with which you will be happy. One of my recent such acquisitions was a non-stick Strauss Tough Pan frying pan and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
