Erin Rudert: I get a massage at home every other week, and the service I had with Diana was exceptional. She used very deep pressure for the deep tissue but made recommendations throughout for areas that needed a different style of treatment. I would definitely recommend booking with her, especially if you want a massage to target issues from traveling, walking a lot, etc.

I was visiting Montreal and found this spa on Google while I was walking around the area. The mobile website was in french so I went in person to see if I could book an appointment with low expectations and because I had no clue about the difference between massages but the receptionist kindly explained to me. And they had a spot for the same day only two hours later! And it was then I decided I should get a pedicure and they said I could do it right after my massage. I went with swedish relaxation because I thought the deep tissue might be too intense for my first massage since I didn't know what to expect. The masseuse, Myriam was very nice and explained everything and gave me advice for stretching. The pedicure that Mihaela did was also lovely we had a nice chat. If I lived there I would be sure to return.

Marianna: It was an incredibly beautiful spa with a lot of choices of jacuzzi, saunas, relaxation room, steam rooms. Beautiful decor, great service. The only thing is the changing rooms have barely any room to actually change and you only get 1 towel so bring yours if you also want to use a towel to sit on in sauna/steam room.

I was recommended a procedure and some chemical products which left me with extreme hyperpigmentation and horrible scars. The damage was beyond irreparable. I went to get something which wasn't even that bad fixed but instead, I made my skin worse. I was panicking and for some reason, I thought going to a random spa on a whim for a facial would help. I found Salon Milada on google and just went. That's how my journey with them began. They gave me natural products and did the type of procedures more suited for my skin. After 2 sessions, my skin was slowing going back to normal from the damage caused by the dermatologist but now after a couple more sessions, my face is glowing beyond imagination. Obviously, you shouldn't expect a classic spa environment. you get a massage in a large room where the cabins are delimited by curtains - you can therefore hear other clients, on occasion. but for the price, you can't complain. To my incredible surprise, the receptionist who had to put me on hold earlier but who didnt get to talk to me, Melissa, called me back from their caller ID registry as soon as she was available to do so! I have never seen this before, I was extremely surprised by this level of care in costumer service. But it doesnt stop there, Melissa was very sweet and understood the urgency of my situation that required immediate attention, she asked me to wait a moment and she called on of their professionals, Albert, to ask him if he would mind coming in earlier to take me on as an extra on their schedule! Albert is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever had, and he went above and beyond in his service, he give tips and trics to make sure I can continue to take good care of my back problems in my regular daily routine.Amazing team, amazing service, extremely professional!Will reccomand them to everyone I know!
