Following Mario Alfaro's recommendation, I contacted La Cordée, knowing their reputation for many years. I remember having already seen the actress Marie-Soleil Tougas there. It's a Quebec company and I like to encourage local purchasing.My message concerned my visit to La Cordée on July 15. Both during my call before my trip and on site the next day, I was able to appreciate the courteous service and advice of the qualified staff.However, with the testing of my new prostheses which I did not have when purchasing the shoes, I had to choose size 10. I will spare you the details but I ultimately ended up with shoes that were too narrow and which I could not carry.Having joined the sales director yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised that despite the delay, Antoine agreed to exchange my walking shoes. He was even willing to issue a refund if I couldn't find a model that suited me. My partner, who was also planning to purchase a Hoka brand pair, will take advantage of his trip today to make the purchase. To be continued... First, please note that my partner Claude would like me to give another 5/5 following his purchase of a pair of HOKA shoes. When on site during the first test, I had not yet received them. Antoine immediately compared them with those removed from the shoes. He understood that width was needed, 9 1/2 instead of 10. Antoine took care to call me to confirm with me. I couldn't have chosen better there.We are satisfied with our shoes. They are very comfortable. We have adopted the HOKA brand.
