I emailed them to understand the process of requesting a sitter and found them to be very responsive and able to answer my questions. I submitted an application through their website and then submitted a request for the night of the wedding. We quickly were paired with a sitter.A few days before the reservation they set up a Telegram chat with our sitter, Alejandra. We agreed to meet in our hotel lobby and she was on time and well prepared. When we met her we knew she would do a great job with our daughter. After just a few minutes introducing Alejandra to our daughter we were off. The transition went smoothly.We got periodic updates including when Alejandra put our daughter to bed. We arrived home later that night and our daughter was soundly sleeping.Over all, we had a great experience with La Lune. We highly recommend them, without reservation and would use their services again when we visit Montreal.

Ali Hayas: I have very minimal experience with day cares, but this one is a very solid place. I dropped my kid when she was a year and a half and she started learning things in there. The staff are very friendly and they pay attention to her course for the day. You have the awesome app that they keep updating giving you almost live feeds.It's one of the things I miss the most in Montreal.

I really enjoyed interacting with Lara, Melanie and Rachita, they are wonderful teachers. They are kind and very caring, and my little boy loves them very much. The daycare is also beautiful, with plenty of outside and inside space for running around and playing. It is also very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that they could provide my son with gluten-free food. All in all, we have a great experience at this daycare.

They do tons of super interesting activities, science activities which are very impressive. Teachers aret genuinely invested in the kids and it shows. audrey: My daughter loved this place. The educators and director Panni are adorable, very attentive and ensure the development of each child. Every week there are activities and the children often come back with drawings. In summer, an inflatable swimming pool with outdoor games is installed. Photos and videos are sent to you regularly, it’s great because we can see all the progress they can make. I highly recommend this daycare.

She was not a person who accepted help easily as she was a caregiver her whole life she had difficulty receiving help.That said, the people at TheKey / Home Care where amazing, matching my aunt with caregivers that were such amazing people that my aunt accepted the help right away. Because of this we were able to keep her in her apartment all the way until her passing, which was her wish. They took excellent care of her and my aunt and us felt like they were part of the family.The administration at theKey / Home Care were alway super amazing and easy to work with. I dealt mostly with them and they alway came thru so that my aunt never was missing of anything. When she was admitted into the hospital and we needed to have 24/7 care because of her dementia, they were able within 30 minutes to arrange it. Wow, we were blown away how with no notice they were able to turn around and have a care giver with her 24 hours a day. It allowed us to work and prepare her apartment for her new needs as she needed constant care and the people at The Key / Home Care where simply amazing. It made it so much easier for us.I highly recommend them, not only is there service great, but the people there are some of the most competent and nicest people to deal with. I would like to single out 1 or 2 people, but that would not be fair as they all work as a team and made sure my aunt had the best service possible.Thank you,
