The place is newly renovated, squeaky clean, super cool decor, great music and especially with the added perks of a barber and Pigeon café seamlessly integrated into the tattoo parlour. Ness, one of the owners, went above and beyond to assist my boyfriend and me in crafting our tattoo designs and helping me pick out a gorgeous earring on display for one of my piercings. Theo, our tattoo artist, delivered exceptional work. Despite my boyfriend opting for a sizeable rib cage tattoo, notorious for its pain, he sailed through the process thanks to the numbing cream provided. I got a small tattoo on the side of my wrist. Theo made sure I was comfortable and made the whole experience fun and painless. I’m already planning to go back for my next masterpiece.

I live in the GTA and I'm not a huge fan of long distance driving, but I drove over 5 hours to see them to get three AMAZING tattoos. I trust Astrid very much, and they make me very comfortable... especially when tattooing in intimate places. The studio is an open concept so if you are a little more reserved I would reach out to the studio first to see if they can accommodate a privacy screen. This is also a private studio so no walk ins. To get into the studio it's a bit confusing at first, but there is a little door beside the café which is an apartment door that you will have to get buzzed in. He then presented me with his sketch and I realized that he had captured exactly what I wanted. In three hours of work, he created a magnificently beautiful tattoo. I perused the works from other artists that work through Minuit-Dix and they all see to be just as skilled.
