T M: Through Dr.Poulin's diagnosis and treatment steps, I've been able to get my quality of life back. He goes the extra mile for his patients, because he genuinely cares about them - he respects his appointments and is thoughtful about the little things, which takes you by surprise. His staff is exactly the same way, so the whole vibe is positive going in.

Olivia Makiadi: I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it necessary to praise dr Poulin for his work. For a year I’d been having ear related issues and I was prescribed multiple prescriptions by different doctors and nothing worked. I finally got to see him today after months of suffering and honestly it was worth the wait. He was a very good listener and he made both me and my mom feel comfortable. He’s very nice , funny and attentive. He checked everything from my nose to my ears and throat and neck. He even had me redo the hearing test just to be sure and he was able to get me my CAT scan results from September in one minute when lakeshore couldn’t even give me a call back and he printed everything out for me. He reassured me and my mom that my ears were fine and that the problem was my jaw. On top of prescribing me a nasal spray for my allergies , he suggested a muscle relaxer and gave me many other tips and recommendations. If you have any problems with your ears or jaw or anything related to that , I HIGHLY recommend Dr Poulin. He’s great at what he does and he’s very thorough. Martin Berger: I've been dealing with pain for over a year, hopping from one doctor to another trying to figure out what was happening, with each of them more dismissive than the previous. I read the reviews for Dr. Poulin and scheduled an appointment to see him. I don't say this lightly, but this was the best medical appointment I ever had. He is intelligent, funny, and very clearly loves helping people. We need more like him!

Astrid Hammermeister: Dr Paul Tabet was very patient when listening and answering question. I was getting a "cord goes deep in your nose" test, and he was kind and understanding about that difficulty and my discomfort.A lot of medical workers get annoyed or angry if you spazz out or can't relax during an uncomfortable or painful procedure, and instead he reassured me that I was doing well, and to me that's going above and beyond.Outside of that, the clinic was uncomfortable loud, which clashed horribly with the low quality speakers that announced which patient should go to which room.
NM: , and also you can only cancel/reschedule an appointment by calling at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment so that you don't pay the cancellation fee. Whereas you can confirm your appointment in the automatic appointment reminder email that they send you the week of your appointment, however, you can't cancel your appointment through that email/online confirmation link -- I hope they can change this, so that there is no need to call and wait on the phone for a while in order to cancel/reschedule an appointment.

Zino c: The best of the best !!! He is very gentle with kids. My son had an adenoids issue and he is thé only doctor who was able to solve his issue. Dr shapiro you changed our life . Dr shapiro is a very knowledgeable doctor and he also knows very well how to treat kids and put them at ease . I am lucky to deal with him . We love him
