Honest Report: Always good service and rates.
Jonathan Rose: My wife found them while looking for a way to convert USD to CAD following the sale of her fathers condo and the whole process was great! Really easy to setup the account, to communicate with them and the transfer was done in less than 24 hours which saved him thousands versus what he would have paid doing that transfer through a bank. Strongly recommend!
Harris Newman: A positive experience, the exchange transaction took place exactly as advertised. They were transparent throughout the whole process. Initial client acquisition process was maybe a little too aggressive.
Alek Dumas: This company is the best out there to transfer currency. Period. I have used them several times in the past, it is so easy I just call them, get a quote on my email, reply with the destination account or just use "Same as last time", make a payment in my online banking to them just like I would for my internet bill, and some time later the exact amount I requested is in my other currency account. Took me less than 5 min to save hundreds of dollars from the rate quoted by the bank. This company is a hidden treasure. I'm really grateful for the outstanding service I have received the many times I used them. Thank you.

T N (TN): Happy with the good exchange rate and everything can be done via phone and electronic transfers. I'm with RBC with USD and CAD accounts so it usually takes 5 business days, a bit long.

Simon Berthiaume: Great exchange rates compared to banks and even other currency exchange businesses. My only complain is you can't speak to a human to see if they have some currencies available, but you can reserve online for 48-72hr in advance.
Laurane “Tot” Schmetz: I came two consecutive days. The exchange rate had changed a lot. So the amount was not the same. I went back 3 weeks later. And then they tell me that they were wrong last time and that they owe me money. They didn't have to give it back to me. I was not aware that there had been a mistake. So for that alone, I find the service honest.
