We are happy with the result again and will continue to recommend it!Nothing to say about the initial work of the team, which we are very satisfied with and which was carried out with care and professionalism. That being said, after-sales service is a completely different thing. A space adjacent to a heater had been poorly sanded and required a very simple repair. Contacted in mid-December on this subject, the company offered to come back from the holidays to correct the situation, but they never showed up. After making contact, we were told that they would let us know when they could come. Radio silence for a month, then another call from us. They offer to come the same day, but with a very limited window of opportunity, complicated for any working individual. We then agree on a new date, but the same morning we are told that they have to cancel. Since then, no news for a new meeting. Conclusion, they do a good job, but have no real interest in doing any follow-up afterwards and it is imperative to chase after them. And the worst part is that I recommended them to 4 people...

dlr55555: was accidently ruined after it was mopped with a water and vinegar solution. Splatter from the mop left marks on all the high gloss tiles. I cold called Marble Maestro and spoke with Antonio and he was great. Antonio suggested a way I could fix the problem myself - rather than trying to bring back the shine, I should "create" a honed look. It was brilliant, easy and the results were terrific. Antonio didn't need to tell me about this option and could have earned a nice fee in restoring the floor's shine. However, he gave me, a complete stranger, detailed instructions of what to do and even asked for progress photos to ensure I was on the right track. It is rare to meet people like Antonio and am very grateful that I did. I would highly recommend him for any marble issues you might have.Service:Flooring

To buy the wood, you need to pay inside the shop and then pick it up at the woodshop. You can check out what they have first at the woodshop, then go to the store to let them know what you're getting and pay then go back to pick it up.They even have small wood crates you for less than 11$ and they're great! You can stain them if you want. Everyone there is always nice and helpful, especially the lady at the cash.Mossir is always very nice, knowledgeable and super helpful with advice :
