Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

She very promptly put me in touch with the after sales team that were able to arrange an exchange for a brand new sofa, no questions asked.Catherine’s service was to the highest standard and she really took the time to help me choose the right fabric to complement my apartment decor.Overall an excellent service, I have no doubts that Griffintown MUST is my go to furniture store.
Michael Losey: With a new mandate downtown that requires me to abandon my hybrid work model I rented an apartment in the city and needed to furnish it quickly. The team at MUST was a big help. First our salesperson Ulysses was knowledgeable and helpful with great suggestions. Then our second round was with his boss Yvan the assistant GM who was equally as helpful. Finally, after delivery, we discovered we had made some errors in sizing and I returned to the store for help. I ended up working with General Manager Nadia who dropped tools to lend a hand. I "MUST" say, I was impressed by the teamwork, flexibility, product knowledge and customer service. Nadia solved my problems. They get my highest recommendation.

Maria-Helena Bootes: I bought a few sofas 25 years ago from Danny. They have travelled across the world w me. I still have them and they’re still the best sofas ever! I’ve had new slip covers made from Montauk about 10 years ago and flew them to Australia. Also added a bit more feathers to the bottom cushions. Montauk is the only shop/thing I miss from Montreal ❣️
Gershon Mahn: Wonderful showroom with the most beautiful kitchen cabinets brand in a world - Valcucine. It’s not even simply cabinets. It’s a luxury and innovative kitchen system. The functionally and ergonomic is revolutionary. The way you use, cook and store things in a kitchen - all process is completely reviewed, analyzed and revolutionized. My favorite is Genius Loci - the mitered looking counter top has a hidden drawer for silverware and cutlery, not taking other precious storage space. I also love Logica Celata - completely invisible kitchen. Kitchen that can be completely hidden, having sort of like a garage door hiding your kitchen working area.

Arthur Vilner: We bought our sofa about 3 years ago and absolutely love it. It started developing a squeaking noise the past few months so we called Montauk to see if they could fix it. Kyla was super helpful and very friendly. She informed us that it was probably the metal legs that were causing the squeaking, and had someone come out to our place and replace the sofa legs within a few days - free of charge! That's why I call customer service =D

Peter Lenihan: Went shopping for a long sofa and after much running around, we were directed to Cameo Collection. What a revelation! Ended up have a custom made sofa, with our exact dimensions and choice of fabric. The owner gave us a tour of the manufacturing part of the business and we were impressed!Due to factors beyond their control concerning availability of our chosen fabric covering however, the promised date for delivery was pushed back by 2 months. They called us to offer us perhaps other options. We chose to wait since we were truly enamored with our choice of fabric covering. Then the incredible happened. They offered to loan us a smaller sofa for the duration of our waiting time! Without another word, they kindly delivered this loaner sofa. Today, they delivered our much awaited sofa and WOW!WOW!WOW!. It is even more beautiful then we had originally imaged at the store!! The promised delivery time was also spot on!!! If you are seeking quality furniture, made locally, priced competitively and wish to experience what true customer service is really like, then look no further than Cameo Collection. They are the best!!!! Thank you!!!!

Flora Boffin: I went to this store quite by accident, I was actually on my way to my favourite Greek restaurant and came across this Moroccan store that sold all kinds of beautiful things for yourself and your home. I ended up buying a very pretty table lamp covered in little red mosaic glass that has been sitting on my credenza for several years.

I didn't ask if they were father and son, but the owners were so helpful, with providing insight and suggestions.I went to get some slippers, but after a few tries, nothing worked for me. Next to the slippers was an array of silk/cashmere + cotton fabrics for scarfs, towels, headwear etc. . . . i knew what i wanted with them and began a vigorous search for warm and cool colorways.I visited the store 3 times over three days mostly exchanging items for my new summer items!
