Stephanie Demers: Considering the comments where many mention that they are satisfied at all levels, except on the telephone, but which considerably lower the star level of the entire clinic. In my humble opinion, we should remove a star for disappointment for each service, and not evaluate according to the level of frustration for a particular service.I would have given it 4 stars because the phone service is lousy, but the staff in general is excellent. I have always had good service at reception, with the disabled, as well as the doctors.Dr. Yaphe and nurse Olivier are particularly attentive and passionate about their profession. There seems to be a great energy throughout the team.The reason why I give a perfect rating, despite the serious problem of waiting on the phone, is to balance the rating that some say they are satisfied with everything, but give 1 or 2 stars to note the dissatisfaction of the telephone service uniquely.
Gilbert Thuly: I often go to this clinic and during OLIVIER tests a competent nurse often sees me. I would like to leave a positive word about him because his welcome is always human and his smile is always present. Although his work may seem mechanical, he maintains a great form of humanity, kindness and positivity.Keep it current! He is great !

Manon Latendresse: Dr. Cynthia Mardinger was extremely meticulous and gentle in performing a IUD insertion. I was very stressed and worried about the pain, as it is an invasive procedure, but she put me immediately at ease. Her method is very delicate and effortless. I was happy surprised at how painless and efficient the entire process was. Highly recommend Dr Cynthia Mardinger for any medical needs.

Rhea Dellis: After being wronged by doctor after doctor I have never found a doctor so caring, compassionate and understanding as Dr. Cynthia Mardinger. As a woman, I feel like many times our medical problems are overlooked and underestimated, leaving us to feel misunderstood by the medical field and frankly left alone to fight against the system. Dr. Mardinger could not be further than that. From our first appointment, she listened to me, cared about the symptoms I was feeling and immediately sent me to do a plethora of tests to rule out every possible cause. She has become my go-to healthcare provider and I’m so happy and relieved to find someone I can trust. Sam: Managed to get a same day appointment for my first time at Crea-Med and had a very positive experience. All the staff were great. The front desk staff and nurse were super efficient and friendly and Dr Awad was kind and took great care in assessing my needs and explaining the action plan.The facility itself is clean and calm.Highly recommended!

Pascal Caillette: SIDA Bénévoles is an organization dedicated to the development of support projects for the HIV/AIDS community in Montreal.It offers services in English, French and Spanish.I had the great chance to participate in these events, its projects and its development, with the coordinating team of volunteers for the cooking activities every Monday, intended to bring together people from the community around a meal, to bring to life this living space, this day center which aims to share and fight against exclusion and isolation within greater Montreal.The field of action of SIDA volunteers is very varied because it offers many unique services for the community, which makes it possible to complete the social offer of communities by providing support for transport, food, legal, very well connected with partners in the care network, the pharmaceutical industry specializing in HIV and the LGBTQIA+ community within the Village of Montreal.The organization has created strong links with HIV/AIDS organizations in Kingston and Toronto, to solidify its network and create alliances that enable the development of a Trans-Canadian network intended to connect cities and people around unity and sharing, and simplify its operation with educational projects supported by Canadian Universities which propel it and maintain a service offering allowing the community to energize its projects, in particular with the Friends for Life Rally between Toronto and Montreal, Fierté Montreal, openings of artistic projects dedicated to openness and connection with the communities attached to it, and the Canadian First Nations who share these values for which we live together in this beautiful country of ours.Thank you to the entire Team, to the Director Émilie Renahy, to the members and volunteers who allow its growth and its vitality, to the LGBTQIA+ Community of Montreal, Kingston, Toronto, People with AIDS in Toronto, Trellis in Kingston, to its network of donors, to communities, to the Federal Government of Canada without whom the Organization could not develop and to visitors who share its news to broaden its visibility on social networks.Happy Holidays!Pascal

Hayla L.: I admit that when I read some of the reviews here, I wondered if we had really attended the same establishment. Certainly, the organization is not always at the top, but since I have used the health services here in Quebec, I have noticed that this point is not a strong point everywhere, so I expected it. On the other hand, I congratulate the team of nurses and workers who supported me during my treatment. I found empathy in our discussions, kindness during the consultations. I felt surrounded by a passionate team who always welcomed me. I had the same treatment in France, and therefore I have references which allow me to say that I am very satisfied with the care I was given. I haven't seen Dr. REINBLATT much, but I think that's normal. The important thing is that the team communicates with each other and that we transmit the right information. I think I was well taken care of by her and I am grateful to her. I thank the entire medical team at this clinic, you have made this journey less difficult! Be blessed!
