Mark: I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff and management. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine…..Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

louise Bonjour: places emphasis on customer service and ensures that the quality of the building is maintained. Finally, regional management is present at all BB-Qs and holiday gatherings. A living environment to recommend.
Scott Martin: Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

Aidan Green: Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown, Chinatown, and Old Montreal. My apartment is spacious, well equipped, and gets great sunlight during the day. It can be a bit loud from street below sometimes, but I am rarely disturbed by it, nothing some earplugs cannot fix if need be.The staff has been great and helpful, especially Dina, Pedro, and the members of the maintenance team. It was a relief to find this place when I was looking to move from my old residence.
AB BAR: The location of the building is perfect for getting around the city center or old Montreal on foot.The staff who work are always available whether at reception or maintenance. The service is impeccable. Dina Tazi is very professional and always available to respond to our requests.
Zuhair Toffaha: The location is wonderful. It's very central and everything is just couple of steps away. The residence is clean, and the staff is really helpful and swift ! Antoine Labonté-Cordeau was very efficient in completing my reservation on a very short notice. The service is quick. The facilities are very convenient. Overall, satisfied and happy to stay here.

Ania Gozdzik: We stayed here for 5 nights over a long weekend in March. The apartment has all the necessities. I loved the hardwood floors and the beautiful decor was a nice touch. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation. Tea bags and coffee pucks were provided. Just a note that this apartment is not accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. There are many stairs and they are steep. The neighbourhood is lovely. It's about a 20 minute walk to the subway and about a 10 minute walk to rue Mont-Royale.Parking was free.

The loft was functional and had good uncluttered design, was very clean, good options to hang out or to do work. No air fresheners - that’s a big plus, too. The loft I had was well sound insulated. Plenty of natural light in the loft. Will definitely return.

Daniel Lovas: We had a great stay at Les Appartements Lofts Jacques-Cartier for several days in early July. Having only been to Montreal once before, and traveling as a family of three now, we loved staying a little outside of downtown next to Parc La Fontaine and accessible by foot and bike to the entire city. The apartment was a perfect fit for us, we had a parking space to leave our car, and it was great to have the kitchen and full fridge. The owner set up a foldout bed for our son and did laundry for us! We'd happily stay here again as a home base to explore the best neighborhoods in the city.

Suman Bolar: Loved staying here, in a quiet residential neighborhood steps away from Parc la Fontaine. My second stay was every bit as wonderful as my first. The apartments are tastefully decorated, and you're welcomed with a bottle of wine in the fridge. A spacious, well-stocked convenience store, small but well-stocked Metro grocery store, and FABULOUS little bakery are all less than 200m away. Mio is on site to address any issues. If you like quiet, and don't need to be super close to a subway station, don't think twice!

Karim Kamel: I have had a great experience so far, the buildings are clean and form a nice divergent community. I have to mention that sometimes issues arise, as they normally do in any apartment or residential complexes, but Sylvia Guttman and Peter Horwacki are two managers that excel at problem resolution. They are equally very professional, helpful and friendly.
MS1956: I have lived at the Rockhill for 30+ years and really never had to contact the administration before. This week I had a few questions and concerns. I had the pleasure of meeting with Sylvia Guttman, the assistant property manager. She was very professional and forthcoming with information. I hope she stays with Minto for a long time. Reach out to her and she will get back to you and will have the time to meet with you regardless if you have an appointment or not. She is definately a person who understands the meaning of customer service.

Loulwa Al Atasi: Update: One of the two elevators has literally been out of service for 3 weeks. The second one broke down today.Have lived here for around 3 months now. Great location everything is close by but it’s not too close to be noisy. Building admin and staff are super nice and friendly, takes a while for response but they eventually get around to it. My dog loves it lots of walking routes. The apartments are pretty spacious not like new apartments and if you get a renovated one then it’s perfect. Peter their leasing agent was really helpful and so kind and honest.

R B: My LaCité apartment was above and beyond what I expected. First of all the location is great; it's near bus stops, walking distant to two different subway lines and walkable to Mont Royal and McGill university. The location above an underground mall was super convenient any time I needed groceries, supplies, to mail something or wanted to see a movie. And the included gym membership was a much used and favorite amenity. Inside the apartment was spacious, with good kitchen equipment and utilities. The king size bed was a nice treat and the view of the city was always a pleasure to see daily. Plus the communication with LaCité both online and in reception was always immediate and attentive. In sum, I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly to others.
simon teasdale: Very beautiful studio with splendid view of Mount Royal the service is number one all the work is carried out within 24 hours the appliances are on point the heating is super good the windows are super large for a studio plus it is super beautiful private balcony Sébastien is the best manager on this earth I plan to stay with him all my life plus he accepts my loud music and my cat it's paradise with access to the shopping center the metro is 5 minutes away very difficult to find a fault so c it's perfect the best apartments in town always there to help the tenants whatever the situation I regret my departure since I have a great sadness
