They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine…..Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

louise Bonjour: places emphasis on customer service and ensures that the quality of the building is maintained. Finally, regional management is present at all BB-Qs and holiday gatherings. A living environment to recommend.
Scott Martin: Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

Aidan Green: Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown, Chinatown, and Old Montreal. My apartment is spacious, well equipped, and gets great sunlight during the day. It can be a bit loud from street below sometimes, but I am rarely disturbed by it, nothing some earplugs cannot fix if need be.The staff has been great and helpful, especially Dina, Pedro, and the members of the maintenance team. It was a relief to find this place when I was looking to move from my old residence.
AB BAR: The location of the building is perfect for getting around the city center or old Montreal on foot.The staff who work are always available whether at reception or maintenance. The service is impeccable. Dina Tazi is very professional and always available to respond to our requests.

Hao Li (Holy): in the bathroom while my family don't even smoke at all in our whole life. LOL. I wanted to argue but after seeing a review posted here regarding with a charge for a damaged mattress which didn't exist at all, I guess it's pointless to do so. When they want to charge you, there will always be a reason. Plus, it's surely hard to argue about the standard of 'clean'. Anyway, they 'generously' took $10 off from the charge as I told them about the impossibility of cigarettes. My family's decade-long good habit eventually pays off. Hallelujah.All in all, it's a good choice if you want to find a short term place to stay in montreal but be aware and prepared before leaving. Here is a little tip: take some photos as the evidence before you leave. Just in case they want you to fix something that is beyond your imagination. LOL.

Mary Zacharko: Living at 2021 Atwater , for the past 13 months - my experience has been nothing short of completely & thoroughly, comfortable & wonderfully satisfying !Highlighting the prompt attention given to all aspects of building maintainance, to the very welcoming & courteous staff throughout ... the 24 hour security - as well as the additional benefit of enjoying a sauna , swim or gym session - all at my convenience, is absolutely an exceptional treat ! I tip my hat to all & each administrative , floor staff & maintainance member , for all their excellent dedication towards achieving their very best ! A " hotel " atmosphere, in the heart & heartbeat of beautiful & bustling downtown Montreal .... now reallyyy .... who wouldn't love to call this place "home "!!
