Milan Nayee: Amazing food, service and ambiance.We had the snails followed by the lamb chops and mushroom risotto. Everything was delicious. Creme brûlée for dessert was also amazing.Cocktails were great, mirage was delicious - only critique would be that they could offer more wines by the glass. But the ones offered were enough to pair with the meal.

Organic World Club: Top-notch French restaurant in the heart of Montreal! If you’re looking for a special experience, Europea consistently delights with some of the best food and wine in the world. The best ingredients available turned into art for the eyes and taste buds combined with great service is what drives me to come back.Some of the menu highlights included fresh mint tea, onion soup served in an onion, lobster cappuccino, and more paired with phenomenal wines; also, eye watering variety of deserts — my personal choice for best desert was the maple cotton candy.The highlight of the wine pairing was a mistery wine served in black glass. It was of course outstanding in flavor but also unique in appearance.
Vlora Ahmeti: First of all, let me start with saying this is a dining experience. The presentation is very artistic and the flavors are delicate and to be savored. It's not the type of place to go if your interested is a warm, superfilling comfort meal. Atmosphere is beautifully decorated and has nice lighting. Service was excellent, special shout out to Valentino for humoring us. Would definitely recommend for the experience if you're in Montreal for a few days.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Hard pressed to get children to eat these things.

Kimberly Soles: This was the first meal we had while visiting Montreal and it was a nice start to our vacation. My favorite thing about this place was the atmosphere. The purple lighting and beautiful bar were really awesome to look at and experience. We were seated right by the window and got to watch the hustle and bustle of the city from the cozy restaurant. The music was awesome! We heard everything from Green Day, to opera, to Sum 41, to Johnny Cash. Really cool experience. The menu is a little small but they have a lot of difference between each item. We ordered the Branzino pizza and the buffalo wings and they did a wonderful job on the flavor of both. My only complaint was that the pizza was pretty greasy so we had to fold it, and the wings were not as crispy as I would have liked. But they really nailed the buffalo sauce, which I was pleasantly surprised by since I'm from that area!! Also worth mentioning, this restaurant is located on level M in the Travelodge hotel.
Alex: Beautiful atmosphere. Kind staff. Great drinks. Good music. Food hit all the marks. The food actually looked so good I forgot to take a picture and I dug right in! I ordered a margarita, pizza bronzino, and buffalo wings. I'm from the buffalo area and I was very surprised to see that they nailed the buffalo wings. The pizza was very flavorful and the crust was nice and thin. It was a foldable type pizza which I enjoy. The drink was perfectly balanced. Don't get me wrong it was a strong drink but it was balanced to keep it from being harsh. I really enjoyed the music. First song that played was "novacaine" by Green Day, there was some sum 41 among others. I highly recommend!

Scott Looney: Great Portugeuse/French restaurant in old Montreal. The food was delicious, I had a sur la mer style pasta and my wife had a beautifully cooked salmon and shrimp over rice. Plenty of fresh baked bread and several rounds of drinks. The service was equally good, an older gentleman got to know us a bit was a big hockey fan knowing players from our home town team from back in the 70's, lol. Stop here you won't regret it. Sadly the only photo I took was our view from the table.

When I saw other waiters they weren’t in such a rush.Our steaks were tasty and I liked the vegetables.My husband mentioned to hostess that it was my birthday and I were given a piece of cake, which was nice.Overall, the place is nice, atmosphere is like in any other good restaurant, the only thing which needs improvement the quality of service,as food there is not cheap.
Nicole Piggott: We are long time devotees of the vieux port brunch buffet. We are very disappointed that they no longer have the buffet for Father’s Day. The price is absolutely ridiculous and astronomical for what it is. $70 is a lot of money and they no longer provide a mimosa with that and they used to give the mothers a rose. No smoked salmon!!!! It is not worth the money!

The staff is super friendly and professional, and the owners are charming. Strongly recommend, overall a great value.

We were served all evening by a young ebony man, sorry I didn't remember his name. He was really very friendly.The meal was good I had the duck conflict with a bottle of wine and for dessert I received a crème brûlée, I was expecting a slice of cake but theCrème brûlée was excellent... however the chocolate mousse was too sweet for my friends.THANKS.

Matt Brown: We loved our experience at Pastel! It was our last night for vacation in Canada and the team there did not disappoint. Louie greeted us and brought us to our table. Fiona, the sommelier, was incredible and recommended the perfect wine. Mike, our server, offered amazing tips along the way for our 6 course tasting menu. Alex provided fun banter while bringing dishes throughout the night.Highly recommended!!

Yi-Chieh Chen: . We went with 6-course.😋 The meal kicked off with an amazing amuse-bouche.The chawanmushi that follows was less exciting, because the kombu sauce tasted a tad sweet for my liking. The shiitake was tasty though.The venison carpaccio was eye-opening 🤩 didn’t know that venison could be so tender and scrumptious. The brioche was buttery soft. The dish melted in my mouth in a most satisfying manner.The black cod was good, but the star of this dish was the cream sauce. I devoured the sauce with the sourdough bread 😋I’m not a fan of quail in general, so the dish did not stand out to me. I do remember the foie gras being delicious.We had a special risotto dish because we were still hungry 🐷 and it was the absolute highlight of our dinner. Perfectly al dente and the ultimate comfort food.The desserts wrapped up the meal beautifully. Particularly loved the marinated strawberry and soft chocolate sponge cake.Overall the food was enjoyable. Every dish feels very thoughtfully crafted in terms of the flavor complexity. While portions erred on the small side for us, this is fairly standard for fine dining.✨ So deeply grateful for the exceptional service. Definitely one of the best restaurant service I have experienced. The servers were genuinely kind and friendly in their interactions, and really went above and beyond to make sure that we are enjoying the food AND full at the end 🙏 merci beaucoup!Appreciate the attention to my husband’s gluten allergy and making substitutions 🙏🍷 Diverse wine selection. Mon frère a célébré ses fiançailles et ils ont prit le soins de nous accorder une attention particulière en modifiant légèrement leur menu. La nourriture était incroyable. Je recommande certainement. Malgré que nous ayons été les derniers à sortir du restaurant, toute l’équipe était compréhensive et patient avec nous.
