I arrived late, and this person began yelling at me in the parking lot, showing a bad attitude. When initially signing the contract, I was informed that there would be penalty fees for late arrival, so there was no need for this employee to treat me in such a manner. There are appropriate ways to handle situations, and if customer service is not one of his skills, perhaps it's not the right job for him.---The truck rental experience was overall good and the service impeccable from start to finish.
