Icelsi: I went to buy a Nintendo switch oled here, it was in perfect condition and it was cheap, 380$. They reserved it for me and I picked it up same day, they even let me test it to see if everything was working, and they even threw in a freebie case with joystick caps! The staff was very nice, lighthearted and professional. Would choose this over GameStop anytime.

In fact, I had gone to have my goods checked at another pawnshop [I won't name them] who had just told me that none of my jewelry was real gold! I hesitated but finally went for a second check, this time at Banco. A CHANCE!!! Because it was real gold! $425....almost thrown away. Do like me, always get a second opinion. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was there for a whiiile honestly, and I called to let them know I was passing by on a certain date and manager said he's put a not in my file so I would not lose my item.Note got forgotten, my item got sold. BUT, with such an amazing manager, he understoor the situation and saw that I did came on the said date and that I was not lying about the note, so he arranged something for me so I could get back an item similar to what I had with all the items that we're with it, and some extras for the inconvinience. Price was just right and I trully appreciated the service he gave me - it was both out fault but we worked it out and I am trully grateful to have my item back !!Just be nice with the staff and manager if you have a problem, and they will make sure you are happy!!
