Changed the battery under Swatch warranty. Would recommend. Bijouterie also offers repair service, so we immediately left a long silver chain - they made it shorter and the rest was made into bracelet. Happy to support small business and real people of trade.

Marc-Andre Leger: This is a great store. I've been going there often in the last year as I'm trying to complete the MoonSwatch mission, to include all the different variants into my collection. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgable of their products. The manager does a great job helping customers, while dealing with a high demand for certain models but with a limited availability. This can be frustrating for some customers, but the staff and store manager strive to make it as painless as possible with their positive attitude. It's nice to visit a business where employees seem happy to be there.

One of the managers helped me out I think their name was MJ and he was super helpful and friendly. I was indecisive but there was no pressure I’m definitely coming back to purchase something from Swatch with their help and knowledge. I was just impressed because I later found out they were still new to the store, yet they were so knowledgeable on the whole inventory already! Great store

He provided excellent customer service and i will most definitely be shopping here again!! although my husband might not have been the easiest client to deal with pjay had an exceptional amount of patience and helped my husband find a watch he genuinely likes. He alsoadviced us on some of their many services such as how they do free battery changes. He was very genuine and he really tried to cater to all of our needs, I hope to see him on my next visit. The entire staff seemed to have such a good connection with each other, they were all very inviting and i highly recommend going here for not only the workers but also for their amazing selection!!
