They adjusted my bike to my size so that I was comfortable on it... and not only by adjusting the seat, they also changed the handlebar stem so that the ergonomics of the bike were adapted for my comfort. I bought a few accessories and everything was installed so my bike was ready to ride. I also appreciate the warranty that comes with the purchase of the bike in terms of its maintenance.
