I did not want the branches and logs falling on my decorative rocks, no problem they covered and protected them from the falling debris. I did not want my lawn to get destroyed by their grapple truck and buggy, no problem they covered the lawn with planks of wood to ensure that my lawn was minimally impacted. Alex Eng: was swinging and knocking our home, which was probably the case to a lot of homes too in the region of Cartierville Ahuntsic. I called Guillaume in the after noon and could confirm he will be there in the evening , but without specific time due to busy demand. And, his crew did show up somewhat in the evening. Unfortunately, without a specific time mentioned, I couldn't just wait and stand there watching the tree knock my home, so I obviously contacted several other companies too. Another company showed up and helped me solve the issue in the evening too. Guillaume and his crew showed up a bit later, but they saw the job was already done. At that time, I was still writing emails, messages and doing callbacks to other company to cancel my request, not to come, including letting this company/Guillaume know; but they already showed up before I had a chance to let them know. If I had called them just a little bit earlier , or only if Guillaume had called me to give me a heads up that they were coming, the unnecessary visit to our home with his crew and the trucks wouldn't have taken place, despite the fact ,that his crew was in the surrounding neighbourhood, not too far away, he would have probably saved some time. All of this miscommunication was clearly explained to Guillaume and he understood, in some ways. Overall, I haven't dealt business with this company, but if I had, I think they would be great, because they will be there to be help you right away, or at least the same day, if they say so. My urgent matter was resolved by another organization , not this one here, but I know for a fact that I didn't have a chance to do business with them and I know they would be a good solution for you other homeowners who need immediate assistance.Regards,Alex

Gino Di Ciocco: James and his crew did a wonderful job given the state of our cedars after several years of neglect behind a condo complex. The hedges were straightened, "reshaped" and reduced by cutting them to a standard height and trimmed accordingly. James is very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done and was meticulous with the work his crew performed.Shout out to Phil for the planning.
