John: The gym is good, and the coaches are good. Generally the music isn't too loud. The problem is that the gym is a victim of its own popularity. Booking a WOD especially on the weekends has become very difficult. Members are now using bots the same way scalpers buy concert tickets to automatically book a time slot the second it opens.The kids' classes are a great idea, and the coaches are wonderful. Unfortunately, at the moment, they're only three times a week.

S.E. McKenzie: Beautiful campus. Great dentistry school. The atmosphere at the moment is not great due to protest and muddy field.
Paul Miiller: Great spectacle! They had two massive teams on either side of the gates waving flags and cheering, never saw anything like it before. Not sure what sport it was for but really gives the impression of a very active school community. A lot to see and I even got a hot dog!

Melissa Kedro: I've been going to Modo in vaudreuil on and off since they opened. I love the staff and environment, it's always a very welcoming place, safe and relaxing which is what you want in a yoga studio. I usually use their community classes as they are the most affordable for me and most recent signed up for the baby yoga and I've really been enjoying my time there with my first little one. Sarah is excellent... I was hesitant about Joining a baby class thinking -I hope it's not just us playing with the babies and some actual yoga is really part of the class- and Sarah didn't disappoint! She integrates real yoga flows while incorporating your little one so they don't get bored and restless. She focuses on areas new mom's will need like core and upper body strength for all those uncomfortable feeding and carrying position that our bodies are sore from. I have gone to other baby and mommy classes and this one has been my favorite because it includes all the needs....baby as a part of the practice.... Real yoga sequences....and mommy specific postures, everything I wanted.Thanks for being the studio I need through all my stages in life xox
