Caire Fanny: I had a bad day Friday so I decided to go buy myself some flowers to brighten it up. Tammy was incredibly kind and generous and made my day. Her bouquet brightened it up. She senses people’s energy like no one else. Here’s the bouquet the day I bought it and then how it evolved. As you can tell, the flowers were so incredibly fresh and beautiful.I rarely ever buy flowers, but this made me want to buy some more often. This bouquet brightens up my day everytime I look at it and smell it. Go encourage Dragon Flowers, they’ve been in the Mile End for so long and it’s so important to encourage local shops owned by incredible, hard working people who are excellent at what they do. I find it’s worth paying maybe a few bucks more for flowers but getting them from a beautiful flower shop that only sells top quality and has 10/10 customer service!

So much so that I went back 3 times in the same week and decided to make it “my official florist” because I was so delighted with my experience. I'm going back this week and the charming gentleman wasn't there. Instead, there are several other employees, ignoring me or making me feel like I'm bothering or in the way. I didn't get any greetings, no service, no "if you have any questions, I'm here". I walked around 4 times while waiting for someone to have a minute for me, then I asked a question to a gentleman who answered me quickly. I went to the checkout with my purchases and waited several minutes for someone to deign to come and charge me but no one came so I ended up leaving and going to buy my plants on Bernard. It's disappointing. If the smiling gentleman were there all the time, I would buy the plants there for all my customers because I like the choice and the prices, but I certainly don't want to encourage a business that makes customers feel like " too much".UPDATE: I went back and the service was very good. I revised my stars upwards.

Boy, it was busy yesterday for Valentin, but it was worth it to way because I have got the best creation for the bouquet for my girlfriend. I just told them the colors and the flowers she likes beside the roses. My girlfriend gives them 5 stars but I would add 1 more. I think it's run by a new owner because I almost not recognize the place and the staffs I have never seen before.

They have online orders as well!The selection was great and the flowers were fresh- they get new ones every day!!
