But they have very current styles. Maybe these people don’t understand the brands?I’ve read reviews of bad CS but can’t say I’ve experienced this. Maybe it’s a case of being treated the same way you treat the staff?It’s true they were out of bags. The cashier explained there is a shortage. But I also noticed the WINNERS across don’t have bags either. 🤷🏼♀️I’m not from Montreal and visited from Boston. I’m happy I made the side trip to this store. I will be back.

Nathalie Aubre: Yesterday late afternoon I called Pilote-Nantais because my vision was disturbed by black dots and black lines. As Dr. Daoust was preparing to leave, she agreed to stay to examine me. Through her conscientious examination she discovered that I had a small hole in the retina of my left eye, telling me that laser treatment would be required the same day as an emergency. She contacted the hospital and I was taken care of quickly.I warmly thank the entire Pilote-Nantais team who took my problem seriously, from the receptionist, to the opticians and the optometrist.It’s an optical store that doesn’t just sell glasses, they really take the health of our eyes to heart.
