Mohamed Yahyaoui: A very smooth and quick experience , Daniela was really helpful and professional, the other visits I had were chaotic and non professional at all since they bring 10 people at the same time to show the units which I don’t appreciate at all and create a fake sense of competition and pressure.

Alexa Infelise: I've lived at Pavillon Hutchison for a little over a year now and it's generally been a positive experience. The site manager, Charlie, has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire time I've lived there and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He makes an effort to get to know all the residents and everyone I've met who lives in the building is very fond of him as well. All maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly by him, which I really appreciate. He truly has the best interests of the residents in mind and I am so appreciative of everything he does for the building and its residents! He is a standout among CLV management - unfortunately, not all my experiences with the rest of the management company have been as positive. If not for those negative experiences, this review would be 5 stars for sure. Thank you Charlie!

Desmond, who’s takes care of the building has a great attitude and is always willing to help as well. Great building with good management!Some notes:- Room insulation isn’t the best, I had to insulate the windows further myself- Walls between rooms are quite thin- Gym missing equipment shown in photos. There are just treadmills in there.

Mark: I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff and management. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine…..Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

louise Bonjour: places emphasis on customer service and ensures that the quality of the building is maintained. Finally, regional management is present at all BB-Qs and holiday gatherings. A living environment to recommend.
Scott Martin: Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

Aidan Green: Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown, Chinatown, and Old Montreal. My apartment is spacious, well equipped, and gets great sunlight during the day. It can be a bit loud from street below sometimes, but I am rarely disturbed by it, nothing some earplugs cannot fix if need be.The staff has been great and helpful, especially Dina, Pedro, and the members of the maintenance team. It was a relief to find this place when I was looking to move from my old residence.
AB BAR: The location of the building is perfect for getting around the city center or old Montreal on foot.The staff who work are always available whether at reception or maintenance. The service is impeccable. Dina Tazi is very professional and always available to respond to our requests.

Antoine Labonté-Cordeau was very efficient in completing my reservation on a very short notice. The service is quick. The facilities are very convenient. Overall, satisfied and happy to stay here.

R B: My LaCité apartment was above and beyond what I expected. First of all the location is great; it's near bus stops, walking distant to two different subway lines and walkable to Mont Royal and McGill university. The location above an underground mall was super convenient any time I needed groceries, supplies, to mail something or wanted to see a movie. And the included gym membership was a much used and favorite amenity. Inside the apartment was spacious, with good kitchen equipment and utilities. The king size bed was a nice treat and the view of the city was always a pleasure to see daily. Plus the communication with LaCité both online and in reception was always immediate and attentive. In sum, I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly to others.
simon teasdale: Very beautiful studio with splendid view of Mount Royal the service is number one all the work is carried out within 24 hours the appliances are on point the heating is super good the windows are super large for a studio plus it is super beautiful private balcony Sébastien is the best manager on this earth I plan to stay with him all my life plus he accepts my loud music and my cat it's paradise with access to the shopping center the metro is 5 minutes away very difficult to find a fault so c it's perfect the best apartments in town always there to help the tenants whatever the situation I regret my departure since I have a great sadness

Redindisguise: This review is particularly for the superintendent for 590 Outremont Avenue, Matthew while living in an Akelius run building. Any time I have had issues in my 2 year lease, he has been quick to help and cheerful every day I run into him or I need his help around the apartment. If anything has been urgent, he has been quick to treat it as such and make sure my place as liveable, comfortable and safe.
Alessandro Morina: A big thank you to Sheryl! She helped us find our ideal apartment on Peel Street, she was prompt in responding to both emails and texts. When we saw the apartment, we immediately knew it was the right one, and we went straight to her office to start the procedures! She was truly kind and helpful!
