I was forced to either stop teaching or play left-handed.Finally I went to the Westmount accupuncture t clinic and was treated by Dr. Yi.I was, and remain, shocked and over-joyed by how dramatic and immediate the results I experienced. I cannot recommend strongly enough for anyone in situation to get treated by Dr. Yi.

She is a serious and very dedicated worker, even offering sessions on Saturdays.Since the first meeting, she has always been available very quickly. I took Chinese medicine growing up every time I need to condition my body, so I tried to find one in Montreal and went to Dr. Zhai.I’ve visited her 3 times, I did acupuncture every Saturday for 30mins and took Chinese medicine Dr. Zhai gave me during the week. if I compare the result the 3rd time with 1st time, it’s a great improvement of my body.The acupuncture is magical, and I also strongly recommend the Chinese medicine as supplementary treatment.But to remind those who have limited experience with this process, one of the big difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is, TCM is a bit like dietary therapy, it's a process of improving body conditions accretively and gradually, it changes bit by bit, you won’t feel the results immediately, however, when you compare months after, you’ll be surprised how much better you’ve got.I’d say, you have to do your own research before for you to get comfortable if you’ve never experienced or familiar with this process.However, with my own life experience and results I’ve seen with Dr. Zhai, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Marie-Hélène Vallée: this was the 3rd time this happened to me in 2 years. Each time it took between 1.5 and 2 months of convalescence, with physio exercises every day. This time it was the most powerful I had. Even muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories were barely able to calm the spasms and pain. Ms. Zhai only used 2 needles to start and showed me that the pain could dissipate quickly. Instantly I saw the difference, I was speechless. After just one session Ms. Zhai had relieved 50% of my pain. 3 days later, I did a 2nd session and after this 75% of my pain was gone. With time and Ms. Zhai's recommendations, my pain is now 95% resolved, exactly 2 weeks after my first appointment. I plan to restart my sporting activities within 1 week. I believed in acupuncture, but I had no idea that it would be so effective. She also uses Chinese medicine, which complements her treatments wonderfully. He always listen to me each visit he makes sure if I have anything new. Acupuncture made my life easier.

Initially, I experienced hip, lower back, and leg pain from postpartum issues, seeking help from physiotherapy, osteopathy, family doctor, and a muscle specialist without success. So I went 3 weeks ago and been told for 6 sessions, at least. I went 2x a week. So the first time I came, he pinpointed the pain I had. And I would say he targeted the right nerve or whatever it is. There was a little bit pain but kind a sort of relief. I kept going till at this time, I have not feel any pain at all with my shoulders. Gourav Batra: . It was so severe that I used to wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep and had to walk for 30 to 90 minutes before going to bed again. Pain was such that I was unable to sit and for sleep had to take painkillers and muscle relaxants in night.I was in queue for MRI appointment to identify the severity of Sciatica and waiting made me restless , this is when I started to google to find a treatment . I figured out that acupuncture may help.I started my treatment with Dr Dong at accupuncture cai and that was my best decision. His treatment coupled with medicines given by doctors started showing results in 2 weeks .In 4 weeks I was able to completely stop my medicine and have good sleep of 8-9 hours without pain. Yes still there is some pain but hoping it will go away in some more sessions.I am thankful to Dr Dong for the right acupuncture treatment he gave me which helped me to recover much faster than I was expecting.Disclaimer: This is my own experience ,please use your discretion for your treatment.

David Levy: I was told from the start I would need about 10 sessions to help heal my back completely, so I went for it. It was hard at first because my back kept hurting, but I kept it up. After the ten sessions were done I could still feel some pain, but I didn’t realise that the treatments were helping me. About a week after my last session my back suddenly felt a lot better and it was FULLY healed after another 2… 3 days.

Ozzie LaChauve-souris: I greatly appreciate Thuy's competence. She asks relevant questions and her monitoring allows the treatment given to be better adapted. As a result, I followed his suggestions and my chronic pain significantly decreased, more than I thought possible with this practice.
DB: Thuy is a real magician. She treated in a single session a problem with the hip and gluteus medius that I had had for months, without any physiotherapy being successful. We are currently dealing with foot inflammation issues, and I am confident that she will get over it.
