I was very stressed and worried about the pain, as it is an invasive procedure, but she put me immediately at ease. Her method is very delicate and effortless. Dr. Mardinger could not be further than that. Stephanie Demers: Considering the comments where many mention that they are satisfied at all levels, except on the telephone, but which considerably lower the star level of the entire clinic. In my humble opinion, we should remove a star for disappointment for each service, and not evaluate according to the level of frustration for a particular service.I would have given it 4 stars because the phone service is lousy, but the staff in general is excellent. I have always had good service at reception, with the disabled, as well as the doctors.Dr. Yaphe and nurse Olivier are particularly attentive and passionate about their profession. There seems to be a great energy throughout the team.The reason why I give a perfect rating, despite the serious problem of waiting on the phone, is to balance the rating that some say they are satisfied with everything, but give 1 or 2 stars to note the dissatisfaction of the telephone service uniquely.

Claudia G: Honestly, it's a great option to access a clinic. With how things are around here, and how difficult it is to get an appointment elsewhere, this clinic has been a great option. We are part of the new government "GAP" system where we are "assigned" to a clinic, and every time we try to make an appointment it's such a headache, and they don't even book us to that clinic, they book us wherever. One time I showed up and they told me my appointment had been the week before and I "missed" it. That was the last straw. Glad to have found ELNA. No more booking headaches, no more miscommunication. They confirm your appointment by email, they ACTUALLY book you an appointment. No need to wake up at 6 am or stay up late to check rendez vous sante.... such a broken system...

So, I have done many hearing tests in different centers but had the best experience here at Audiology centre west. Here are some main reasons: The equipment is all new. Kim "The Audiologist" is professional, experienced as well as kind and respectful. The way she tries to explain the problem is meticulously yet with simple words. After the hearing test, we did the Balance test which was great. Last but not the least, you, as a patient, feel that they care a lot about your health.

But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!

Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. Miss Y: Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are rare gems! I've been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with other clinics, without success. I had a first meeting with Dr. Ouhilal, she was the one who chose the treatment, the medications and the dosage. I can tell you that she was not mistaken and gave me treatment adapted to my situation. Afterwards I continued the ultrasounds, the egg collection and the transfer with Dr. Mahutte. From the first visit I immediately felt that I was in good hands, this man inspires confidence. He is so kind, patient and reassuring, but above all very competent, just like his partner. We did 1 cycle of IVF with him and I got pregnant on the first try of the first transfer. A miracle. Many thanks Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal for everything you have done for me and my partner, we will be grateful to you for life and we will recommend you to other couples with our eyes closed ❤️. Thanks also to Bonnie and all the staff, you are an outstanding team.

Merav Cohen: I’m not going to lie the waiting time is not the best and it takes persistance. What I will say is that once you get in you are followed by one doctor from start to finish. They truly get to know you and guide you every step of the way. They are kind and caring and genuinely are experts in their field. I was constantly encouraged, I was always taken care of. I was never rushed and they let me go at my own pace. I’ve sent a few friends to this clinic and like myself we were all successful at starting our family. That isn’t a fluke or luck of the draw- it’s their attention to detail and their knowledge. I loved my experience there and I am forever grateful for the beautiful bundle of joy that they helped us get. Thank MFC! You guys are amazing!

Sophia Jab: some of the people who work on coordination lack humanism and understanding. Following a call on April 23, a lady who called me was very difficult. I tried to explain my despair to her, I expressed myself well, I asked her to find me a solution since the dates she offered me for a follow-up appointment did not correspond to those I had been told . She didn't want to know anything and she kept repeating the same things to me like a robot. I was lucky following an email that repeated everything I had said to him, I received a call from a woman Antoinette. What a gem!!
