Maria Rehner: Well I was surprised. I had asked for a cut and blow dry, I come from a place where that is the standard. Robert however sat me in his chair and proceeded to cut my hair. It was dry, he asked me what I wanted, I had little to add to just wanting it cut. He said he would do something lovely. I let him do his thing, it was not disappointing. He did an excellent job. The price was appropriate to a cut. He told me that a “dry cut” was actually a “thing” in Montreal but it was of course possible to have a wash cut and style, he had not understood that to be my request. In any event I will go back to this salon and get that wash cut and blow dry I am certain he will do an excellent job. Today I recommended him to a friend, she may not use him because his location is inconvenient but she was sufficiently impressed by my cut that she asked where it had been done. Thank you Robert

He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and worked his magic to deliver outstanding results.My hair can be quite difficult to style and is often frizzy, but him and his team dedicated themselves to ensuring my hair looked fantastic i end up doing the japanese hair perm and wow, what a transformation! I left the salon looking and feeling completely different, in the best possible way. Now my hair looks smooth healthy and shiny and way easier to style now i saved a lot of time before i live my placeI can't thank Albert enough for his skill, patience, and kindness. Plus the price were reasonable for the results that i had definitely worth it , I highly recommend the salon and will definitely comeback!
Mariana M.: I loved the work from this salon. I have been coming to this place for years but learned yesterday that Benny passed away and it broke my heart. He was such a gem and amazing at his job. He first fixed my hair from a complete disaster of a haircut with his superior Japanese straightening work. Later on, requests that I would bring to other hairstylists for hair dying would get turned down but he would magically make them happen with minimal damage to my hair. He will be forever missed, not only for his skills, but for being a good human being. Wish I had written this earlier. Be grateful every day to the people around you, everyone.
Sandra Dee: I recently discovered Benny's salon and decided to try it out. I first went in for a consultation to ask about the japanese hair straightening treatment and whether it would work for my hair or not. Benny was completely honest and straight to the point and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is also great at making suggestions and will give you the price of everything upfront, so no tricks or extra fees are involved, which is what I used to experience at other salons. Furthermore, the prices are more than fair, and he does an awesome job! I will be coming back again for hair dyeing 😊😊

He was very patient and attentive. Sometimes hair straightening can hurt if the stylist pulls on the hair too hard but Benny was gentle the entire time. The end result was so beautiful and my 4y old was so proud of her new look.We did had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get her started and as you all know keeping a 4y old still for that long was a challenge but they had some good books to read.The products they used on her hair were very good , natural and they lasted a long time, I was happy to see that.My overall experience was a solid 4 due to the wait, but we will be definitely coming back.

She made sure to ask for my input along the way to make sure that I got the haircut that I wanted.
