Over time, the company has become larger and although it saddened me to see hand delivery disappear, it makes me happy to see that the Dice Owl is doing well. I give 4 stars for all of this. I am adding a 5th star for extraordinary customer service. Indeed, there was an error on an order, a box which should not be included in a Kickstarter lot. The Dice Owl sent me this box, even though it wasn't included, completely free. I highly recommend this store.
