I had pet urine stains and dark stains on my beige and grey carpet which were very difficult to remove. They picked it up, cleaned it and returned it after a couple of weeks. I was so happy as it looks great! Urine stains did not come out completely but so much better than before. Great job! I highly recommend them!!

Linh: Went to visit as we were slowly starting our search for new rugs for our condo. It was still early stages so we were looking around to get a better idea of our taste, budget etc.We were serviced by a man named Abdul and he was extremely nice. I'm introverted so I appreciated that he was not at all pushy/sales aggressive. He was available when I was ready, and extremely knowledgeable without dumping me with a lot of information. Instead, he listened and adjusted as he got to know me as a client. I really appreciated his advice when he he clarified a carpet is better suited for living room while this other one was good for kitchen table in terms of durability and quality etc. Extremely helpful! We will go back home to measure our room again to be sure but will definitely come back! Very happy with our experience.
