G: Me and my friend travelled to Montreal for a day trip and explored the city. As we were walking we discovered this store. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. As we looked through the store we found some pieces of jewelry we really liked. I continued browsing to find they had a little beverage bar at the back of the store. I talked to the worker as she made me and iced coffee and recommended oat milk which I had never tried. It was one of the best iced coffees I had ever drank. My friend purchased a bracelet for her grandmother and the staff wrapped it in this nice gift box and even supplied a card.Both staff members were extremely helpful and very talkative. I was super impressed with your customer service and will be recommending your store. I will be back to visit when I come back to Montreal!

Linh: Went to visit as we were slowly starting our search for new rugs for our condo. It was still early stages so we were looking around to get a better idea of our taste, budget etc.We were serviced by a man named Abdul and he was extremely nice. I'm introverted so I appreciated that he was not at all pushy/sales aggressive. He was available when I was ready, and extremely knowledgeable without dumping me with a lot of information. Instead, he listened and adjusted as he got to know me as a client. I really appreciated his advice when he he clarified a carpet is better suited for living room while this other one was good for kitchen table in terms of durability and quality etc. Extremely helpful! We will go back home to measure our room again to be sure but will definitely come back! Very happy with our experience.

There's a huge variety of carpet in the store. I didn't settle on the right colour for my living room, but thanks to Bill I walked out of there with new language to describe exactly what type of carpet I'm looking for.
