shelly siskind: I am writing as a very satisfied customer. In Dec when buying a wonderful pair of Gunni boots from the Rooney store in Montreal, I inadverntently took the wrong size. Not only did Adele from that store put aside the proper size so they would not sell out, special thanks Adele, the support team made my shipping process for return easy by supplying the labels. Today I recieved and have already worn, my beautiful and stylish boots. In addition to the wonderful merchandise carried in the store, such follow up treatment is what keeps customers coming back. Merci!!!!!
