Aspen Lily Scott: I have many pets and I always come here. I had an issue, my first time buying a specific product, and the manager was super calm and reasonable with me. I very much appreciated it. I know I'm not always an easy customer, and at this specific instance I really wanted to just say the staff, everybody, was very nice, and kind to me. Nobody was rude, and they very easily could have been. All this to say they are kind, and will help you find what you are looking for.

We also bought a frog and went back the next morning and bought an albino frog. I love this place. I will no longer go to the one in place Versailles mall. Karim Atchan: This shop is pretty small but it is a cozy shop. It contains fairly selected brands. They don’t have a variety of options for food. The two ladies there were nice and knowledge within the products and they have good recommendation. They answer your questions without nagging even though they were busy putting stuff and organizing shelves. I do recommend this place if you want to get specific pet needs. Otherwise, you can go to other places where they have more commercial options.

Bailey Blu has saved the day again – and with their help, a lot of patience and great efforts, on our last visit to the veterinarian I was told his health / weight is perfect.There is so little hand-holding to be found in this area of pet care, so it is a great comfort to know there is somewhere to call for nutrition advice for pets where you will find a non-judgemental listening ear who can offer advice based on experience. They genuinely love animals, and they want every single one to thrive.They have also helped me keep my dog busy, dressed, groomed and entertained!Thank you for your wonderful service ...

David Kysela: We started the day looking for dog jackets at another pet shop on Sherbrooke where they wouldn’t let us try the jackets on our dog and the staff didn’t seem much interested in helping. We headed down the street to Bailey Blu and it was an entirely different experience: we were able to try the jackets on our pup and given helpful advice, and our dog got lots of love to boot. Really great experience and definitely out go-to pet shop from now on.

Inside this Animal Center it automatically gives you the desire to get one of your little companion animals because they are so charming and very pleasant to see by their ways of acting, their movements sincerely they are really impressive, a place that is very well maintained, well decorated, well lit and without any unpleasant smell, I should say overall it is a nice place to visit and also to do some shopping for our little animals. Even those who perhaps don't like animals could very well go for a little visit, it would be pleasant. The employees work very hard and are also welcoming, I notice that they give very good care to their little animal friends which is fascinating.

Kim D: Good morning !One of my cats, “Koffee”, 12 years old, had a fall and fell on her larynx. Several months ago. Following this fall, she ate very little.I went to the vet who found nothing. But Koffee could no longer eat. I went to buy some virgin coconut oil. This helped her but she was no longer eating her food.I went to Ste-Rose today.The person who advised me is called Sophie.
